Wouldn't wish this printer on anyone. There is a problem every time. Either a jam or "out of paper" when there is paper. Worst $80 spent.

It is very complicated to set up I had to have the geek squad to assist me and it still doesn't work. The black ink doesn't work.

I did a lot of research and found this to be a great value. Wireless works great. Can easily print from my iPhone, iPad and my work computer on the network. Love this printer and the HP ink program is a great benefit that should make continued use easy.

Print quality is good and it does what it's designed to do. If you are looking for a good printer for home with small profile, this is it. Inks cartridges are a bit smaller and expensive but that's the same way with any ink jet printer.

My aunt brought this and completely loves it, being able to put it anywhere that has WiFi was the big selling point for her. No hooking up her laptop via USB just to print and it being pretty cheap and just needing two print cartridges.

Will not even print test pages; 1 year old, hardly used; others also seem to have same problem

The best printer I've ever had. It was easy to set up and the best thing about it is you do not need wires. Printing from my Samsung Galaxy S5 and Note 10.1 is very easy with the app

The set up was very easy. I didn't even need the directions. My IPad and IPhone printed immediately. It took a few minutes to set up the laptop, which I had to do through the software CD. But it has worked perfectly and never loses communications like my Kodak. The print quality is good and I like that the printer is smaller than my previous ones. The ink cartridges are not that expensive either.

I bought this printer for my mom, and she loves it! She likes the convenience of printing from her IPAD, laptop, and other wireless devices. Great for scanning as well. Such a bargain for the price.

This is a great wireless printer. I have only used it a couple of times but so far so good. I haven't set it up to print from my phone as of yet as that is what I am hoping for. Set up was easy.

Effortless to set up on my WiFi, set up with Google CloudPrint, and the mobile app tools are great, I love being able to scan directly to and from my phone and tablets. Print quality is good, automatic duplex is amazing to have at this price, and even on draft mode the print quality is fine, so ink lasts a long time. Two quibbles. 1) I REALLY wish this had a USB and a SD card slot for direct printing and scanning. 2) It is not a speedy printer. Considering the overall package those quibbles are small. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I love that the printer is wireless. I have had to do was plug it in and the install disk did everything else. The photos are high quality and it prints shipping labels super fast,

took me over an hour to print a 28 page document. Ridiculous!

Printer was easy to set up. Started printing off my phone just a few minutes after unboxing the printer. Print quality is good and speed is ok. Wireless printing is awesome.

Bought this to replace an old HP printer that very literally required a smack or two before it would print properly. This printer was easy to set up, and within 20 minutes I could print from every computer/phone/tablet in the house. (mind you, that is 3 PC's, 4 iPhones of varying models, 2 iPads, a Mac Mini, and a MacBook Pro with Retina display) It looks fantastic, and prints photos very accurately. Just make sure you fold the clips on top of the ink after installing the ink cartridges.

Got this to replace an old HP 3-in-1 printer that was 10+ years old and stopped taking in paper. Needless to say, I'm super impressed by the features included in the HP Envy 4500-- wireless connection, ability to email print jobs from anywhere, enlarge/reduce copying, automatic duplexing, etc. It's like a whole new world! Set up was a breeze and it seems very user-friendly and intuitive. Interesting that there are XL ink sizes as that was not an option for my old printer.

Much more compact than my older printer and so far seems easier to use as well. Set up was easy which is as it should be and the print quality is very good.

So easy to set up, go to the web site, don't bother with the disc, you will be up and running in no time. Very intuitive to use and quieter than my old AIO. Net work wireless is so cool, in the first few days I was printing things I didn't even need because I could do it from anywhere in the house.

This printer took me only 5 mins to set up . Very easy to connect wirelessly and great quality. Highly recommend to anyone !!
