Very simple to use printer but prints out premium quality photos. I also got the HP Advanced Photo Paper, so the quality was excellent. I have a MacBook Pro, iPad Air 2 and I don't have to install anything to print on this printer.

I bought this printer because i need a good wireless printer for school work. As soon as i turned the printer on the paper jam message popped up. I didn't even put any paper in so how is there a jam?!?!?!?!?! Everything i tried didn't fix it and HP support was no help. I am returning this nonfunctional printer right away.

I bought this printer on last weekend because Bestbuy offers great deal on it. I firstly printed some photos on photo paper, and the quality was amazing. Then i started to print double-sided documents..guess what happened? EVERY PAGE JAMMED!
It's very hard to express my feeling right now. I love this printer by its design and amazing printing quality; however, it has fatal problem with the paper handling.
I decide to try for few more days, and if it's keeps jamming, i'll definitely replace or return.

I have Windows 8.1 and although I successfully connected wireless for printing from my computer and smartphone it would not recognize the newest web downloaded driver in my computer for the scanner. Since this was my primary reason for the purchase I returned the unit.

Good Printer for Limited Space

I buy these printers for small offices that are limited with desk/cabinet space. THey give good quality prints and are easy to trouble shoot if there are any issues. I've been surprised to have them actually requested now...

We needed to replace our aging Epson printer with a wireless printer that supported AirPrint. This HP printer is full of features and incredibly easy to setup/use. After using it for 2 months I can easily exclaim that this is one of the best printers I have ever owned. Great product, even better price.

Good printer for the price. I wouldn't recommend it for a business. But great for school homework.. I love how you can print from your iPad and phone wireless.

More or less a good printer but problems

Overall a good printer. Prints well and I tried other paper stocks like business cards, address labels etc and they all went through and printed fine. However initially I set it up with a USB cable. At first I tried it with my desktop running XP (yes I plan to upgrade it to 7) but it does work with XP. I then hooked it up with the USB to a laptop running Win 7 and it worked fine. The only problem I discovered there is that if it is connected via USB cable and the network connection light on it is blinking (not connected) then when you print it will print fine but give you a print error. The print error is due to the wireless not connected.
I then tried to use the wireless setup wizard on the printer to connect to the wireless network but it would not. I then tried to use the setup application on the computer to setup it up on wireless and transfer the network settings to the printer but that did not work. I am still looking into what the problems could be but right now it only works via a USB cable.
Since there is no ethernet port and if the wireless is not working, the only way to use it on a network is to share it via the computer.
