Printer is excellent for the price. Photo quality not as great as my hp photosmart printer.

Really glad we bought this printer. I like that the ink will automatically arrive when needed.

Easy installation; easy to use. I've bought one for myself and one for my tech-challenged mother and we've both been happy. For the price, this has been a good purchase.

I bought this printer thinking that i was probably going to get something decent but nothing great, i was wrong. I was very impressed by the ability to print from my smartphone and other portable devices and also pictures come out great with photo paper.

The printer installed ok. Still after a ton of printing the quality is horrible. It won't cycle photo or label paper stock, even has trouble loading normal stock. The first small stack of paper started jamming in alignment page printing. Feeling it;'s going to get office spaced!!

I bought this printer for my son to be used in college. Personally, I think the printer is ideal for college students. It works great and does what is needed.

Have BOTH a laptop and desktop, always had my printers hooked to the desktop via USB plug....Now I can also use the laptop to print!!! It was very easy to set up, I was amazed!!! BOTH my computers are antiques running Vista too!!!! My previous HP printer up and croaked when it was only a year old, sure hope this one lasts longer!!! I don't do a lot of printing, so I was disappointed that it died after a year, although it was a refurb...The printing is a bit slow, but very nice...Haven't tried photos as of yet, although I normally don't print a lot of photos....

Most reviews were positive and along with the HP name and price I jumped. Print and scan quality was very good so I was very happy until the scanner died within a few weeks with very little use. The cost to fix it would be more than a replacement so I'm off to chose another brand.

I bought this for the price and because theres only 2 ink carttridges. It works awesome and ive had no problems

my first review was before I had to really use this. - you can only scan one page at a time - very time consuming when you have multiple docs - the printing itself is SLOW - printer now gets a paper jam just about every other time we try to print - it wont print pictures (continues to mess up) - its loud

This printer left much to be desired. We received it as a gift and returned it the day after we set it up. We couldn't get a single page to print without jamming! We even had the Best Buy printer salesperson give it a try (to ensure it wasn't user error :#, and he couldn't get it to produce a printed page either. We upgraded to the HP ENVY 7640 Wireless eAllinOne Printer #SKU: 8110006) and are much happier.

Bought it for my son who's away in college. He did not call for help. Good news for me. When asked he said that it was better then his previous one and he is happy with it.

This is perfect for a one person small business with numerous peripherals... I am able to print from tablets laptops and desktop... And printing is rapid and clean...

Amazing printer for the price, wireless printing is easy to set up and immensely useful.

The product itself could be worth five stars, but the set up/registration made it miserable. It took me 4 hours to do it all because it was so confusing and I am NOT usually bad with technology. The directions are unclear and no valuable help was found online. BUT once I got it set up, I did like it. You can print wirelessly, and from your phone if you get the ePrint app.

Is a good easy to use wireless printer. Only problem some times goes off line and have to restart the wireless connection

Set up is easy and enjoy using the printer and sending from my ipad is a snap.

I received this printer as a Christmas gift. I 'd thought to myself, what a great way to get rid of wires and cables? Well, this printer has a poor connection all the time when printing PDF documents. It cancels mid-way through printing. If I have to print a 10 page document, it can take up to 3-4 attempts before all the pages are printed. You can what you pay for I guess.

I read reviews on this printer before making my purchase. Note to self: Start with the lowest reviews first!!! Needed an everyday printer for small jobs so I didn't want to spend a fortune, thankfully this one was on sale for $49.00. Brought it home set it up, didn't even get to print out a page before I got my first error message! "The printer carriage is jammed" I cleared out the packing material inside prior to turning the unit on and installing the ink cartridges, and the message kept coming up....Troubleshooting: I shut down the printer, figuring perhaps it would reset the machine, but to no avail, the same message kept popping up. The printer carriage was moving smoothly on it owns left to right, so there was NO jam!! I went online and simply typed in " hp4500 print carriage jam" and there were plenty of people with the same unresolved issue....I'm going back to best buy to return this pile.... not sure what I am going to purchase next. Thankfully best buy has a fair return policy!

I like it because I can print easily from any computer in the house and my smart phone. Highly recommended.
