Reviewed several possibilities and went back and forth about color and whether a laser printer was needed. Listened to those who would be using it most and they convinced me this was sufficient; Best Buy had it on sale so it became a no-brainer. No problems at all with installation and/or operation - results are excellent!

The printer prints some great photos and documents. The graphics of the prints are really great. Sometimes it is slow and takes a while to print. One problem I have been having is just it printing. Ever since my Window 10 updated it seems to be having problems. Overall I would recommend just beware it might take some time for documents to be printed. It is a great all in one printer.

Works well for pictures and regular stuff. Good size and like to print from my phone.

This printer/copy machine is great! There is no app to use. It is easy to set up. I love that it works over wi-fi. I love that it prints from my phone because I hardly use a desktop.Just enter your wi-fi password into your phone. When you ready to print from your phone, just hit print and it starts printing. Even prints from my laptop with no disk required! Everything is wirelessly through wi-fi!!

I've used HP-brand printers for years now - am never disappointed. This printer is well-made, has great print quality, and has all the features I need. I docked it one star because it has lost the wifi connection a couple times, after which I need to re-enter the password (a bit tedious scrolling through the keypad on the tiny screen). Other than that, it looks great and does the job!
