I had difficulty getting the printer to work with my new Hp laptop; but once it was finally recognized, I had no other problems. I had no problem getting the printer recognized and printing from another Hp laptop on my home wireless network.

Great printer

Showed me ALL brands and helped me see the difference between all the choices. This is an unbelievable printer that is not only easy to use, but very cost effective too. I would have had to change the ink in my old printer by now, and this new one still showing 80% ink left... WOW!

Nice printer

It was my first wireless printer so it was a little complicated to completely understand at first but I caught on quick. I sometimes have trouble with the connection on the WiFi but I've been able to fix the problem every time by looking at HP support. Other than that it's a great product.
