Easy to use and excellent printing software. Great picture quality, and excellent speed. Great to print on the run with Wi-Fi direct printing. The HP ink service is a must.

Picked up this printer on a good sale. It wasn't until after I bought it that I found the negatives about it online. I hooked the printer up with minor issues. It was when the printer went to "stand bye" mode that the real issue started. It would make a steady whistling type noise. Not real loud, but very noticeable. After doing all the checks with a HP rep it was declared it was a faulty power source, which I found out prior online and said. They finally said they would send a new source. It was very easy to replace. Just had to undo one screw pop old one out and new one in and re attach screw. Printer works good and has some nice features. If you can put up with a headache and spending time with hp on the phone by all means pick this printer up when the deal is out there. If you would rather plug and go....seek other options.

Only rating a 3 because I cannot get printer to connect to my PC. I'm giving a 3 rating though because of the investment by HP Tech Support to try and get the printer to work. It looks like an issue with my PC but have not been able to resolve yet. Incident was escalated and the escalation HP Tech has spent many hours over many days trying to resolve. Many support sites would have said it was my computer and there is nothing more to they can do, but HP has stood behind their products and done many hours of troubleshooting. Finally, still unsuccessful, escalated again to a Case Manager who decided to send me a completely different to replace this one (no add'l charge) to see if that resolves my issue. It has not but the Case Manager is still working with me to resolve. Really think my PC has some sort of glitch - not the printers.

I had an idea, from past experience, what i wanted the unit to do. To thisl point, it performs all the duties i was looking for. Depending on what your looking for, this unit is worth looking into. I would recommend it. It has about any & every feature you can imagine. Again, it's worth a look. rlw

Printing, copying, scanning...even faxing. And it does it all without any glitches. On top of that, my computer was able to connect wirelessly without any issues. Set up was a breeze.

This printer was easy to setup and works well. I have it set to print from multiple devices, and each time the setup has gone smoothly.

Easy setup, Very nice printer, Had the printer about a month no problems. I bought this model not only because of its capabilities but also how it looks because its in my living room.

Read lots of reviews before purchasing this and it seemed like a great purchase for all of the aspects that I wanted. I've been using it for several weeks now and is working great. Had a few issues getting the wireless working but called HP and they were a big help getting everything resolved.

I have used this printer for two weeks. So far I have only used the printing and copying features. It is very easy to operate. It is compact and suitable for small spaces.

Easy to install. Very convenient for copying, faxing and printing from one device. Printing quality of text and pictures is excellent.

Although all of my HP printers have been great, this is the best one that I have had yet. Lots of nice features, fast, and doesn't take up much space. Highly recommended

Easy to use, prints relatively fast, does a lovely photo print. Haven't had a chance to use copy or scan yet. It has slots for usb and sd card. And the price was reasonable.

I needed a fast yet affordable wireless printer with copy capabilities. The HP has all I need without all the excess. It was easy to install and locate on all wireless devices.

This printer had all the features I was looking for - separate photo paper tray, USB and SD card slots, fax capability, larger paper capacity, easy-to-use touch screen and a small footprint - a real space saver. The option to participate in Instant Ink was a welcome bonus. Love this printer!

I need a new printer for home. I was very impresed with the easy install and how good the quality of the print was for both documents and pictures.It was well worth the price.

Used as primary printer for home business. Great color reproduction and speed. Love the wireless connectivity so I can print from any device. Works great with Windows 10.

I bought this printer to replace another HP item. This one is so much faster, easier to use, and touch-friendly. I would recommend it over the less expensive product I originally purchased.

I have no real criticisms. It was pretty easy to connect and out put is pretty nice. I like the duplex and pretty good speed. But I don't think there is anything that particularly stands out. Overall good performance.

This printer meets all of my needs. It prints fast and has double sided option which is nice. Very simple to set up. This is a big step up from my previous HP 6500 series.
