Just OK

While the print and photo quality are great, I am having connection issues when trying to print. It shows offline more than on and requires a reboot. HP Tech support hasn't been the best.

Think twice before you buy this

The issues came right from the start...doc feed would not work-HP had to uninstall and reinstall printer software. Photo program repeatedly says "out of paper" when it is NOT out of paper. I only use HP paper and HP ink to get the full benefit of HP quality, and yet I am consistently disappointed. EVERY TIME I try to print a photo it prints the first third of the photo then spits it out. I have to make between 5-10 attempts to print a photo before it actually decides to print one! Such an expensive waste of photo paper. VERY DISPLEASED WITH THIS PRODUCT. Photo print quality is dull and grainy even on BEST quality setting. What are my options at this point, HP?
