I Love this desktop I have had 2 other desktop this is by far the best I have had it since 2022 and it is now 2024 still runs like it is brand new!!!!!!

HP Envy is smaller, taking up less space in my home office, than my Dell Inspirion. Running all apps faster, faster internet searches. Comes with wireless keyboard and mouse. Nice.

This is a great PC!!!! It comes with Windows 11 already installed, it is fast with plenty of memory, it is light weight and sleek looking, and comes with plenty of ports in the back and front for all your peripheal needs.

A nice replacement for a laptop I won't talk about... It gets the job done, and with bluetooth keyboard and trackball, it works like a laptop. The box is small and fits easily under a desk. I just wish it had a toslink audio output!

Love the unit! Works like charm on steroids. Ive uet to find a program or task it doesn't handle with ease.

The store staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in my making a decision on which desktop to purchase. In addition, the tech support package is excellent. it's available 24/7 and applies to all the related tech items in our home, The boot-up and processing speed of the desktop is excellent and looks tp have all the memory I will ever need.

So far so good but will need to add a portable CD/DVD player recorder. I don't understand why this not standard legacy item but seems like the industry is moving away from them. I suppose that a SSD portable hard drive for backup and recovery can do a similar function.

Solid pc I hope my 11 year old can use through high school. Solid state drive and supports multiple monitors and drawing tablets, and works well with her 3d printer.

Its been really great for my needs. I'm not a patient person so when I do get on the computer I expect no wait time for loading pages or opening files. Very satisfied with this computer. Only draw back is no dvd drive;had to buy external.

Needed a desktop for my wife's school, this one was decently priced, ready to go. I did have to bring it back to be able to get it out of store demo mode, though.

I needed a powerful little workhorse to replace my old outdated high-end laptop, with a fast processor and graphics card, and this did the trick at a good budget price.

Full Disclosure: I am pretty much a "ham and egger" when it comes to computers. But, I do know what I like and what has worked flawlessly well for me for a number of years. This computer isn't it. I've run every program I know to run to fix a sluggish, wonky-acting operating system. Basic Excel spreadsheets are a nightmare to run. And, I haven't even tapped the RAM when I'm trying. I don't know - maybe HP got it wrong on this model? Maybe I'm so incompetent, I make politicians look good? What ever the case, I'm off of HP's for my computer.

The computer was easy to setup. The speed is great and runs quite. Huge improvement from my old HP.

After going through two refurbished computers, I wish I would have just started with this. It's perfect, lightweight, and a space saver.

Very fast, had to return though as I ended uo only needing a laptop at the time. Would kost definitely buy again.

The product was great, but thr service i had when i thought there was a problem with cpu. I i was not even given a 30day return policy on a open box item. I went to return item when ithought it was damaged and was only given same exchange with in store items. The manager ask the geek squad to take a look at cpu. They didnt find anything wrong with it. I supose it might have been my power cord. I keeped the cpu,but the return or even exchange offered makes think twice on ever buying a open box product. Again. Luckily the cpu was ok . Or this cold have been a real nasty review.

Great HP product - needed to update home office and get my HP Envy Printer/Scanner a new desktop computer to coordinate with for projects.

I'm not a gamer and this is not a gaming rig by any stretch. I added a G. card but it has a good one already in the 12 gen CPU. Ports are just adequate. The 1T large fast m.2 SSD is good. But I added SATA 2.5" SSD.
