I like my HP it has great speed, good size, easy to use and most of all reasonable price.

Five stars for the computer, which is compact and quiet. Two stars for Windows 11. The computer is markedly faster than my old i5 with 32 GB of memory. The bundled keyboard and mouse are chintzy - expect to upgrade those.

Perfect system for internet usage, email, office processing, music, video meetings, etc.

Runs circles around my 12 year old Gateway. Glad to finally have a machine that waits on me instead of the other way around. Works great and has all of the basic features that I need. Would be good for any student or basic home user. The memory and storage are quite good for this price point. We particularly like the keyboard. It's weighty and does not move around. Not so much for the mouse. Switched back to my old one.

I was advising some friends who had an older HP computer that was destroyed by lightning damage. This is the computer that I recommended for them and helped them buy online. Setup was easy, performance is excellent and this computer is a decent value for the money. I highly recommend it to others who need a basic computer that reliably gets the job done.

My new desktop is performing quite well. I really appreciate the transfer software already loaded on the machine. Most of my info from my previous computer transferred over quite easily and readily. I was amazed. I purchased it while on sale and got it at an excellent price.

I love my new computer. It's fast and it does everything I need it to do. The price was reasonable also. This should last me a long time Anything I buy at Best Buy I am happy with. Their Team members talk to you and ask you questions that help them help you find just what you are looking for without going overboard getting what you don't need. This computer is just all I need.

This replaced a 14 year old HP PC. The difference is very significant. speed and storage are much greater. Also our applications are much more detailed and easier to navigate. As an example The Boston Bruins app makes all kinds of data such as standings in the division, conference and league much easier to access.

Worked like a charm right out of the box. Buying was super easy. I would have like to have a built-in optical drive, but I was in a hurry for the PC and got an external drive that works just fine. I appreciated all the help from the store associates; I had pretty much made up my mind about the model PC I wanted, but they gave me lots of information that helped me finalize the deal.

I needed to replace my old desktop computer that the hard drive died in so this one was on sale and i bought it. It is so much faster loading up and using my programs than my old computer. For the price it's hard to beat especially since it was on sale. My only complaint is that I had to buy an external cd/dvd drive as there was none built in. I am not a gamer so this is everything I need in a computer.

I really like my new desktop. I have always had a desktop for college classes, work projects, and doing my business account paperwork. When my last one died i found this one to replace it and am happy with my choice. It loads quickly and gets the job done.

The desktop is unique in style. The speed and accuracy are great. Windows 1 takes a little getting used to, but in the long run, it's very nice. I would recommend it for beginner to medium advanced users. Priced well in the market place. Good quality.

It was so easy to set up. It's small, and compact. I would give it 4 3/4 stars because I missed having an installed DVD player but, thanks to Amazon, that was an easy fix. Connection to WIFI was a breeze. It easily connected wirelessly to my printer. I use it primarily for web browsing, emails.

OK, so granted I was replacing a 13-year-old computer, but this computer is great. Totally silent and so fast it is beyond belief. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new computer at a bargain price.

The speed and disk space are great. The OS is windows 11 and I have to use it more to rate it. Over all this is an excellent computer that comes with mouse and key board. I would recommend this computer. The price and quality are good.

Nice computer! It was easy to set up at home. It comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse. It's bigger than I expected a newer computer too be and it does not have a disc drive.
