We had to get a computer for school, on short notice, thanks to our old one crapping out in the middle of an assignment. I was nervous about such a fast buy, but couldn't be more pleased. It works amazing for school, and also handles some mild gaming very well.

Needed a simple computer replacement for basic needs. This operates well and, although I have some more things to learn, it is doing what I need. Very thankful that Geek Squad did some information transferring for me. Satisfied with my purchase and the customer service at Best buy!

Great value on sale for 500 dollars. Super fast as compared to our old HP of 13 years. Really like the wireless mouse and key board, typing is so quite and easy. Highly recommend the HP Envy, works great for our home computer needs.

the price was right. Was told my 8 year old HP tower would not support windows 11, so I figured to be prepared while I could. Took it to the Geek squad, and it took them a week to set it up. Still haven't used it, so this is just about the price.

The setup of my desktop was very easy and the machine starts up and shuts down very quickly. I'm also able to quickly open and move to/from applications with no issues. The only strange scenario that I randomly encounter is when I step away from my PC, and my PC goes into sleep mode, when I return and click a button or press my mouse, I end up with a snowy screen (like you would see on a TV channel that doesn't exist). I end up having to boot down the desktop and reboot it (to resolve the issue). The machine ends up opening up (after I relog in) to all of my open applications. It's just odd that when it goes to sleep, it will randomly display a snowy screen. The issue doesn't happen all of the time - maybe 2-3 times so far. I would recommend the desktop outside of this one issue.

It has one terabyte of memory so it will serve me for a long time into the future. It also has Windows 11 and other updates that I did not have with my previous computer that had Windows 7. New keyboard and new mouse are easier to use.

I need at least 12G of Ram and 1T storage capacity and found this one. The power button is good because its structure is built to prevent from the overpressure by finger. One ethernet port is enough to be present at the back of computer. The USB-Type C port present at the front is awesome.

My HP computer is working beautifully. My old computer would freeze and was so frustrating. Best Buy offered an upgraded desktop and it is amazing. The personne at Best Buy honored their word and it was a great experince. I had shopped at other outlets and this was the best deal.

Excellent Equipment. It is replacing my old HP ENVY. I love this brand and configuration for its excellent performance.

Good Computer, easy to set up and runs quiet perfect for home office

I have been many months without a desktop and using only my phone. Finally getting such a great computer for such a great price was like a gift! Every day is better because of my new desktop!

This computer is so much faster than my 8 year old Dell. I turn it on and in less than a minute am looking up what I need instead of waiting at least 5 minutes for everything to load. I love having 1T. It's a plus having Windows 11 too.

Small, nice. Lacks disc CD drive. Does what it needs too.

I haven't had the computer very long so it's hard to say. I wasn't going to buy an HP because my old computer was an HP and I wasn't happy with it. but so far the new computer is very fast and I'm happy.

Computer seems to be working fine...though it had a hard time using Bluetooth to connect my mouse....after a reboot it found it. The lacking parts: no CD/DVD player and when I went to put a standard 2TB HHD slave drive in there, there was no SATA cord to expand with. Had to spend over $100 to rush a computer repair place to add one so I could access my work drive. As far as the keyboard and mouse...keyboard too small and low with no feedback on key stroke (but very wide), and mouse had no premium options (scroll wheel free wheel or side buttons), and was so low that it was uncomfortable after an hour or so. HP kind of "cheaped out" on this computer which is not really cheap.
