so far, I'm in love runs like a dream couldn't be happier.

My husband loves his new computer. It took some getting used to with Windows 11, but that's to be expected with any new operating system. He hasn't complained once. Great purchase price and super fast shipping!

It was very easy to set up the HP-Envy Desktop. I'm no technical geek, but had no problem setting it up. This is an upgrade for me in order to get more speed and Windows 11. I'm very happy with the speed with which this computer starts up. My previous computer was getting old, and it took awhile for it to start. So far, I'm very pleased.

Had to replace wife's computer because it was too old for windows 11. She uses it for web surfing and videos. HP is a quality company for PC's. Set it up, transferred her files and installed her programs, took about 90 minutes. Very satisfied.

Excellent computer for a great price. The speed and storage is perfect for what I need.

I needed a new home computer as mine was about 15-years old and basically finally died on me. This one seemed to fit the bill. The young gentleman who helped me listened to my needs and didn't try to oversell me something that I really didn't need which I SO appreciated. Easy to set-up. Working great. Very fast. Looks great, no issues!

The computer is doing great, I on the other hand am being handicapped because there is no physical manual. I usually take my manuals with me and read when I can. Having it only available on line gives you only the time you can access the system to read and then you have to do it again to learn the processes with the system.

It suits my needs. Have 2 monitors hooked up and speed is great

I am very happy with this computer. I needed it for work and it's perfect for that, my personal use and it was at the right price points. I'd buy it again.

I like it pretty well. Two complaints, though. My music editing software is glitchy unless I go into airplane mode. Also the setup instructions could have been a little clearer, specifically about the mouse and keyboard running off the same stick. Those are my only complaints.

I was looking for my office computer replacement and found this one on bestbuy shelves. Paired it with a monitor and am happy that its working pretty well for my day today work. Highly recommend.

just like my old one..easy to set up and use. My last one was just over a little year and old and crashed....no virus found ....out son who is a software engineer said he had never seen anything like what it was doing and said"take it to the geek squad" or get a new one

Very happy with my product. The two young men that helped us we very nice and helpful. The product has done everything we were told it would. Plenty of speed like we were told it would have.

I bought this computer to replace a 10 yr+ desktop that finally went out so far for the price it is as good if not better than my last desktop. I found it easy to use so far and transfering my files was very easy just what i was looking for. Thankyou Best buy.
