This is a great overall computer. It runs quickly. I've played various video games on it with it's integrated video card at high quality with no lag.

Have had this cpu for a few months, much faster than my old unit.

My family couldn't be happier with our new Desktop. Great for the kids homework, the wife's job and my internet surfing.

Sets up fast. Excellent performance so far. Performs well and has had no problems.

Love my new HP desktop. Got it all set up easily, it automatically saw my wireless HP printer and connected to it.

We love our new computer. It's so much faster than our old one. I'm so glad we made the decision to purchase it.

After an automatic update the wireless mouse and keyboard stopped working. their was no fix for it. Thankfully After much discussion with Best buy's manager the problem was resolved with a new mouse combo. There are other issues with this brand, too long to type about.

My noise reduction headphone? Useless without a jack.

Had it for a week, randomly reboots. Taking it back tomorrow.

I'm not a computer guy. So far, this one is working just fine for our home use. Unfortunately, I assumed with a product feature on the website, store sign, and box, that says, "Bang & Olufsen Audio" that it might have above average sound. To my surprise it does NOT even have a speaker. Put that on the box.

I purchased 2 of these computers and one HP Monitor last night. (I am replacing one computer that already has a newer monitor and adding one work station.) When I finally got around to setting everything up I hit a road block. The monitor I purchased has a VGA Port and the Computer only has HDMI Ports. (Why did the computer expert at best by not catch this?) So now I am faced with a delema. Do I return both computers and purchase computers with VGA Ports or do I return the monitor and and purchase 2 new monitors? I was hoping to Replace more work stations but It looks like If I go with this computer I will need to replace all the Monitors as well.

The keyboard for this computer is faulty. It misses keystrokes on a regular basis. I called HP, they verified it was broken and sent me an identical keyboard. This keyboard had the exact same problem of missing keystrokes. I called HP again and they wanted to reinstall my operating system. Other keyboards I have used worked just fine with this computer so I know it's not my operating system. I asked for a different model keyboard. They declined and said they would only give me the same broken model I already have. Very disappointed with HP customer service.

This computer works great but there is a known issue where the computer freezes and the only way to get back to work is to shut the power off. This happens about once every 4 hours of use. (You can't use CTRL+ALT+DEL) USB ports are at an awkward location and are angled, this makes it very difficult to insert a device. This computer does not have an analog monitor connection (only hdmi). I had to buy a $25 converter for that. I am sure I can contact tech support but I am not going to bother because this is not what I expect when I spend $700 on a product.

this pc works fine for basic emailing and internet searches. It has plenty of memory for our pictures and documents

To start with I did not buy this from Best Buy, so don't blame the store. I have no doubt HP make a good product I have used them for years. This tower was not compatible with my monitor and I had to return it or look to replace the monitors which are $300 dollar high definition 32" monitors ... cheaper to get another tower. It is the graphics card in the tower, so be aware that this might be a problem. (it worked just fine in the store).

Sales associate said it was great for gaming... Needless to say everything must be run on the lowest settings. Bought it today and am returning it tomorrow. Sound may be good, but you can't watch movies or game without graphics.

Got this pc on Clearance. Just a basic computer. Thinking about putting in an ssd hdd.

Has plenty of USB ports and all the features that I need
