    The wifi antenna is weak. This causes problems connecting to a network and other wireless items such as a printer.. There is also an issue with Windows 8 that causes some printers to always show off line. I have other computers that do not show this.

    Computer is a big upgrade to the one I had before so there's a bit of a learning curve in getting familiar with all the functionality. Have noticed that it has become sluggish after the first month, though. Not sure if it's the backup system or multiple levels of security, or what. Need to call Geek Squad.

    I needed an upgraded computer for our small business office. The one I had was out dated, slow, and limited space. I bought this off the already opened products they had on their shelf. It was steeply discounted and probably more than I needed but it's a great product and works perfectly.
