So far it works very good. Super easy setup with existing monitor and speakers. Many different ports for connections. I have only used it for a few weeks, but at this point I would highly recommend it.

Desktop PC with a large SSD and Memory

Only issue is that all the manuals are online (not uncommon these days) and it hard to see the icons with know which USB ports are 2.0 and which are 3.0. Bought the PC on sell. Great price for the features. Old PC was a 13 year on PC with Windows 7 (after a couple of upgrades and going out of support).

Great for retired senior who likes to do basics.

Pre-loaded with the free card games, etc. I like to play ( by myself, not with online players). Even though this is the newer Windows 10 & my old computer was Windows 7 ( not able to download for 10), I've been able to learn the whole new format, quirks without much frustration.

We had the Geek Squad set it up and transfer all the data from our old computer. We are an older retired couple and not that computer savvy but it is perfect for our needs.

once it is working properly I guess I will be ok

It worked ok for a day or two then as we started to use it daily we had many problems with the accessories. Now we have new printer and monitor and are still working on some soft ware issues. The geek squad has been very helpful. Trystin and Robert are very smart tech people and we are not. We still have a few problems that Robert Friedman has been fixing. He is smart and better yet able to communicate with us.

Nothing to worry about, the computer that Best Buy employee Hagart recommended is a great unit and affordable. The Geek Squad took care of data transfer and we were on the way to enjoy improved computer use. Great people to work with, thank you Best Buy.

Am using with two 24" screens. I'm not a gamer, but for my uses, internet/data/movie streaming it has worked as needed. Disk drive door is flimsy and touching with opening and closing but drive functions properly as a reader. I have not tried to write any discs with the drive.
