This was a replacement desktop computer. Best Buy set it up in-store. It works well and as expected most of the time; but we do have problems from time-to-time without being able to pinpoint what causes the problem -- the PC or the software. We have to use the Task Manager several times a week to clear frozen screens when using Microsoft Outlook. On occasion we have had issues with the mouse too; it also creates a screen freeze. We solve that problem by changing the mouse batteries, all too frequently. I think the design of the DVD drive door could be improved; it is very sensitive and requires several tries to get it shut.

The computer itself is running well and is much faster than the one it replaced, but Windows 10 will not support or not fully support my peripherals nor some of the software that I frequently use.

I haven't had to purchase a computer in over 15 years. After a lot of research I felt this product matched up with my expectations. I'm very happy with my choice.

This cpu is very capable of meeting my needs. I have been very satisfied with its performance and durability. I am a dedicated HP fan.

I love my new HP-ENVY. I purchased this to replace an old computer that crashed. Setup was very easy and our customer service experience was excellent.

Great value for the money. Boots up quick and is extremely quiet. Have fibre in the house, and the speeds it accepts is extremely fun. Get Ya One!

The tower or cpu serves my purpose for being at home! The keyboard that it came with is eh. I use another keyboard but I use the mouse that came with it.

Compact, lots of power, easy to hook up and install. Bought it for my wife when hers was dying. She loves it except for the very small on/off button.

I highly recommend this computer for anyone that is looking for a desktop. I got a open box and saved 50% or more on it and got the warranty as well.

I'm not fully familiar with my PC, I'm figuring it out day by day as I work. I'm unable to play CD's on my PC yet. is it capable of playing CD's?

Love the monitor-32 in is great. Computer is fine but keyboard too small and the white on keys is too thin so hard to see, My neighbor gave me a larger keyboard with imprinting on the keys much bolder. Much more satisfied!

Haven't replaced a desktop tower in a while - love all the front-side ports for peripherals. The quick access is a vast improvement.

Has the options needed with pricing. shopped other locations a few months ago. but stopped shopping after this model was found.

So far so good. Computer will close by external disk drive when shut down. I must remove the USB cable and then plug it back in when I boot up. There must be a way that the computer shut down this drive.

Excellent desktop, comes with the wireless mouse and keyboard so less wires to drive me crazy. Lots of places to add things .LIKE

Still too new to write much except it works, when I can figure out how to work things. Windows 10 is new to me. Was just getting to know Windows 8 fairly well when it crashed for good. Hacker.

The product itself is good. The in store description was lacking though. There was no documentation or literature about the wireless keyboard, the mouse, what kind of memory it was built with etc.

The computer is wonderful! Except that I'll have to buy a new printer -- mine is "too old" for the computer to recognize.
