Overall am pleased with the speed and performance. I don't game but do multitask and there are no issues. I did purchase a 6Tb internal separately and install was very simple. After adding partitions no issues with speed transferring large files.

Had it for about a month. So far it is working perfectly. Has all recent features like blue tooth, Wi-fi, wireless keyboard and mouse and 12GB RAM. Ram could be upgraded with ease to 16 GB by changing the 4GB memory card to 8 GB (cost about $30,00) or a larger one. The i5-10400 CPU 2,9 GHz processor is fast so is the 512 GB SSD and I can hardly notice much difference from my other HP-ENVY desk top which has the i7-770 CPU 3,0 GHz processor. Best Buy delivery just took one day which is more than satisfactory. Installation was fairly simple, how ever a brochure with more information would have helped. This computer was a birthday present to my wife.

I got this as an upgrade for an older Windows 7 desktop for someone who just needs a basic computer. It was easy to set up. There is a DVD drive (good for installing those older programs), plenty of USB ports + one C port. While it does have VGA for an older monitor, it doesn't have DVI port. It has one HMDI, so you'll need an adapter if you have dual HDMI monitors. This is a good, basic desktop at a fair price. It comes with wireless networking (there is also a plug for an Ethernet cable). It has wireless mouse and keyboard that are very nice (the keyboard is small so you may want to change out if you have large hands). I've seen the inside on another site: It does NOT have a lot of room for expansion, even though it looks like there are several bays. The motherboard takes up only just over half of the case with one additional slot available. Both memory slots are filled, so additional memory would have to be a replacement rather than just expanded. It has a 400W power supply according to the article I read. It gets the job done. Setup went smoothly.

It's fast, it's quiet, and it does the job. I'm very impressed with this product. The wireless keyboard and mouse are nice additions.

Fast responsive computer. Handles tasks with ease. It is super quiet compared to my old HP. Also has a smaller footprint.

This replaced a Gateway Desktop from 2005! This desktop is much faster, quieter and takes up less space. It also has a CD/DVD optical drive that many new desktops do not. So far...so good...

.. I've done one before, but can't see it. I've had this HP since last November 2020. I have to tell you, I couldn't have been happier and continue to be more satisfied with the features, speed and quality!! The memory is 12 g, more than I would need; 6-8g is not bad. And the 250 SS drive is outstanding!! It's FAST boot-up, NO operational sounds and amount of HDMI and USB inputs is exceptional! I had been using an 808 bluetooth speaker (since this PC does not come with speakers) and I got tired of the "handshake" and pairing of the PC and speaker dropping every so often. (another review separate from this on the speakers) I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE THO- like an idiot, HP put the bluetooth keyboard and mouse dongle INSIDE the mouse. The HP mouse was cheap and crappy, so I threw it out, not knowing I needed the dongle for the keyboard!! DUH. so I'm using another MS bluetooth keyboard and Logi mouse and am happy with both. So if you would, trust me, this HP is a wonderfully built machine that will last you many years. If you need or want something more, then I'm sure the $3,000 models are more your style.

The device is fast and has decent specifications. The cons that I had with this PC is that there are no USB 3.0 options on the rear of the device. The 4 ports it has are all USB 2.0. The HDMI port is a revision prior to v2 so it does not support 4K monitors at 60 Hz, the HDMI is capped at 30Hz. Additionally, with only a 200 watt power supply, there are really no options for upgrades. Due to the lack of 4K 60 Hz support and no USB 3 on the rear, I returned this and purchased a different brand.

I love this computer I can't even tell it's on it's so quiet and plus now I have an updated computer. Hated getting another one because I like what I had but this is really nice. I really love the wireless keyboard and mouse that it comes with. I know some of the other reviewers didn't like them so wasn't sure what to expect when I bought it but I love them.

This is good computer. It starts immediately with the solid state drive. Intel core is best I think. I recommend this HP computer highly.

This envy desktop is everything I want and need in terms of space. it is super fast and very small and neat. Key Board and mouse that comes with it is useless.... Should be up-graded to something better.

Replaces my 10 year old HP desktop. Good value for basic PC for home use. Much faster than my old one. Geek Squad was able to rescue my data off of my sick hard drive. I really appreciate the successful effort. I have had successful dealings with Geek Squad central in debugging my print drivers. Great service.

I got this to replace my music computer for my studio.boots up in less than 15 secs due to the solid state drive.very quiet operation and bluetooth is a plus!I'm not into HP systems and this one has all the excess crapware you won't need...but when you delete and cleanup the drive this one is a great buy!

Turns on quick and let’s me need to do what I need to do without wasting any time. Easy to set up and get started. Turns off when I need it to. I am really happy. The only drawback is a smaller hard drive than what I had in my previous computer, but I was able to attach an external drive that equals my previous hard drive capacity. Geek squad was really great in moving all of my stuff from my old computer to my new computer.

I purchased this HP Envy Desktop computer to replace my old one that was getting so slow and causing me some issues. I love this new computer - it is super fast, quite a bit smaller than my old computer tower, and looks nice on my desk.
