smooth super quiet perfect for my office work a lot smaller than my former HP Elite Pavillion I had for over 10 yrs

Whisper quiet and Lightning fast! This unit has been functioning flawlessly. The setup was a breeze. The wifi connected immediately to my earbuds, the only thing I had to do was input my router password and we were off to the races. It found my existing monitor and printer immediately and have not had any issues. The house is what I would consider "low profile" design based on my old mouse and the click has a very minute lag. Other than that, the only con that I have with the whole thing is the keyboard. At approx. 4 1/2 inches deep and 15 inches wide, it is like one of those giant chocolate bars. Literally. It has very little height because it is so skinny there is almost no grade to the front to back elevation. Add that to the minimal height of the keys, they are completely different from the previous generation of Logitech/ Microsoft that I have used for years, it takes a bit of getting used to, That being said, they have crammed every functional shortcut on the keyboard , even a prior shortcut key. The only othe concern is the sturdiness of the CD drawer. Have had my old HP Pavilion for 7 years and the horizontal orientation and build quality never gave me an issue. The new design is much flimsier and requires you to "snap" the disc in or out. Being vertical this can be a challenge and also affects the placement on your desktop to assure that you can do that one handed if necessary. All in all, very happy with the product. Would definitely recommend.

I love this. I am using it for graphics design. Adobe creative suite, mostly photoshop, illustrator and audition. Also, average over 15 Chrome tabs and three other applications (ie. excel, inkscape, cricut design space) and it doesn't lag at all. SOOOO happy. Wireless mouse and keyboard are slim and but sturdy and perfect for my use. Set up was simple. I used my existing monitor speakers. I followed the instructions for setup, and everything was simple. FAST delivery. Really great experience.

I have only had this machine for a little over 2 weeks, but so far it is as good as advertised. It, fast, quiet and easy to set up. Also, I ordered this machine from the BB website and it was delivered sooner than the expected delivery date, which is a plus.

I purchased this item as an open-box. The price was exceptional. The only issue was that there was damage written on the sticker. None of the store associates knew what the damage was and even geek squad didn't. I still purchased it. After setting it up, the damage may be the noise it makes (fan or HD) but a small tap anywhere on the chassis and it stops. I can deal with that for the price. Other than that, the desktop work exceptionally well. Its prefect for the home. My wife Vlogs and does video editing so the only thing i may do (although not necessary) is upgrade RAM to 32gb and upgrade to a video card (which I will have to upgrade to the power supply). These upgrades will cost about $300 but will make this desktop as good as a any $1700 to $2000 desktop.

Haven't had a lot of luck with HP's in the past, but this one is off to a good start. A lot of memory and a good intel core chip. Lot s of memory. It's probably more than what I need it for, but it is working great.

Have had this for 2 years now, and it has been trouble-free. The processing is not quite as fast as my former PC, an Asus with a nominally slower GPU and chip, but apart from that it has been a great machine. I added a couple of other drives, and recently upgraded to Windows 11, which seems to run just a little faster than Windows 10.

The specifications on the order stated the OS was Windows 10 Home. It came with windows 11 Home. The wireless mouse and keyboard do not work well. I t could the batteries that came with the order were old. I cannot rate it higher the Good.

The computer functions perfectly. I am impressed at the startup time and speed even with multiple applications open at one time.

Works fast and quiet. Storage is big enough for regular use. Could be more USB 2 or USB 3 and different CD card ports. And POWER button to deep inside - not for a man's finger.

Perfect desktop for light home office work. Easy setup with windows 10 and plenty of storage for documents and photos with ability to upgrade in the future.

This computer is perfect for me! It amazes me when it boots up almost instantly. Every program that I open up, web page that I go to, link that I click and anything else that I do is super fast! This has been a great buy for me and I am so happy with it. It is definitely a Best Buy! Highly Recommended!

A lot faster than my old computer. Easy to use. Not as easy to upgrade as they say though. Memory wasn't compatible with it. But it has enough.

Great desktop computer. Great mouse and keyboard. Easy setup and to install. I recommend this product. Came with a year of Webroot protection. Don't forget to purchase a protection plan with purchase. Two year was a great deal. The computer is not black but more of a lesser black color. Fast operating.

it is quiet and smooth running. I love the programs and how easily accessible since I am not that computer savvy.

Love this machine so far. It did run into a problem with Microsoft Edge - there was a glitch in its factory install. The 1st day, Edge worked perfectly. The 2nd day, Edge would open and immediately shut down. Fortunately, I had both Chrome and Firefox install files on a portable drive. I was then able to learn how to troubleshoot the issue myself. I had to install an uninstaller program to completely get rid of Edge for a clean install, and it took some detective work to find the offline Edge installer. After 3 days of digging, I did finally get Edge back up and running (only because that's where my synced bookmarks live).

I needed a new desktop for school and gaming. I have been using it for a couple months, and I really enjoy it - quite an upgrade from my previous desktop! Fast and powerful enough to get done what I need to for school, streaming, and occasional gaming.
