HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer was easy to set up with multiple laptop computers and IPhone 7 Plus mobile phone application. Setup ink supplies from HP at 100 copies per month. Photo quality is excellent. When ink supply was low was unable to print from laptop and had message “ out of paper “ when plenty of paper was loaded in bin. Put new print cartridges and “out of paper” message cleared and made printer available again. Message caused confusion.

I set up the HP Envy 7855 printer to the WIFI quickly and easily. The set up instructions were easy to follow and I'm not a technical wizard. You do have to download the HP app for your computer and phone, but that was easy as well. The paper tray is a little odd, but worked the first time. I was a happy camper.

I wasn’t even looking for a printer. I had a seven year old LexMarks that needed ink. So I went out shopping. To my surprise no one carried it anymore. And the cost was crazy. So as I turned to leave this HP printer caught my eye. The young customer service guy who helped me was very knowledgeable about the printer. He was in fact so helpful I brought the HP printer. It has everything I needed. Photo tray, touch screen, excellent color and fast printing. Very easy setup as well. Thank you C

Returned my Epson after extended struggle to get it to print without blurry bands of text. I thought I would miss the Epson but I don't. This HP was so easy to set up and there's even an app that walked me through set up. I really like this printer - print quality is excellent; feeder works well; it's quiet. The only issue I have is with a message that says the printer is out of paper and it's not. Despite the message, the printer continues printing.

Bought this to replace a previous HP printer that stopped working. This was pretty easy to setup and I was able to use the same iOS app to do scanning, which is nice. The computer software is much better than the software for my previous device, which certain features stopped working on my Macs after OS updates. Scanning is much better than my last device and nice that it connects to 5Ghz wireless, since many devices occupy the 2.4Ghz band.

I love this printer, easy to set up. Got it for teens for online school and was on sale. Prints quick and the quality of the printer is great! Insta ink free for 4 months plus free one month from best buy pretty much paid for itself! Only thing I took the star is because it says printer unavailable then after seconds it show up. And I'm having trouble doing 4*6 prints in pictures.

I've used HP products for printing and scanning since around 1986. So I have a lot of experience with HP products. My first scanner was a B&W HP scanner which cost me $1500 back then. That was when scanners first appeared for people to buy (a little history). This HP Envy 7855 all in one printer is a winner in all aspects. We like to print 4 by 6 photos of our grandchildren, which this printer does perfectly. It scans documents perfectly (whether B&W or color), and copies them perfectly as well. Now, I'll get to the most significant point I can make for inkjet printing. Our old HP 7520 ink cost us a lot and had issues utilizing all the ink in various cartridges. So for me any new inkjet printer had to be less expensive to operate. This HP 7855 inkjet wins that battle hands down. We signed up for the automatic ink replacement from HP and already received our first set of 2 cartridges (1 black, 1 tri-color). And they arrived slightly before the tri-color needed to be replaced first. I'm impressed! We signed up for 100 pages a month with ink mailed to us automatically (which HP monitors online). It cost us $5 a month. Translated to 4 by 6 color photo printing that makes each print cost 5 cents for the ink alone. AND, this HP printer, like those in the past, will print to any brand of photo paper (unlike another printer that shall go nameless). I'm thankfully amazed at the $$ we'll save on ink alone. HP has hit a home run with this printer and with the special ink replacement program. They do require you to mail back old empty cartridges. They included a postage free plastic envelope that you mail back the empties when the envelope is full. Life is good and my frustration with costly inkjet printing is FINALLY history. Thank-you HP!!!

Excellent printer. Has most features I need. I particularly like scanning documents - good for emailing & condensing paper files. Double sided printing saves paper. HP software was easy to work with. Can trouble shoot with HP also. Photo option is good option although I have not used it yet, but glad I have that feature. So far, very happy with the HP Envy 7855. Purchased the HP ink plan - still deciding if it's something I need. Highly recommend.

1st off I wished my HP6600 never quit. It was a work horse that did everything I needed and more. But since it did I bought this one and I couldn't be more happier. It was a ease to set up the multiple functions make it great. The family loves this far more. They are able to print things from their phones and do a lot more things that the last one couldn't. This is a great printer combo

I purchased the HP Envy Photo 7855 All-In-One Printer several weeks ago. I was unable to set up the wifi connection so had to use a USB cable. Now it prints well in black and color. The quality of the print is excellent. One can also select the dpi of choice. I have made copies and printed from my computer. This machine can also scan and fax. I plan to print photos, as well. I recommend this machine.

Upgraded from a Dell color Laser Jet. wasn't sure about making the jump back to ink but it has been surprisingly a great choice. Print quality is top notch. Set up was very easy. The online printing option is nice but I did have an issue where the settings changed and I had to redo the process. I would highly recommend this for those looking for a good home printer for work, play and pictures.
