It is a very good computer for the money and the staff even helped me set it up to where windows 8 looks like windows 7. I am very happy.

the help that we received was very good and everyone seemed knowledgeable. my husband and I got the new Samsung Galaxy 6 and since I'm using that to do my review I cannot take a picture of it.0

It has taken some time to learn as this is our first laptop, but with help of the Geek Squad we are learning more all the time. It is a good size screen, keyboard and overall a good choice.

I am overall happy with the purchase. However, when I went to burn photos onto a DVD, I discovered I did not have a disc drive or burner app. As I do this quite often, I was not a happy camper.

I have fallen in love with the LED touch screen feature. computer runs great and holds a charge for more than 4 hours. Only downfall is the is no CD ROM drive. but still an awesome computer.

Brillant screen, have to get used to touch but very easy to use & great Beats speakers!

This HP Envy TouchSmart was a purchase for my tween grandson. It is a good item for him to learn how to use the computer and the different programs. This computer is a very good value .

My latest Lenovo laptop purchase was exchanged for an HP laptop. The Lenovo was problematic i.e. freezing issues and finally failed to load pages. The Nashua NH store manager intervened and my behalf and after the technician performed a diagnosis the store personal suggested I pick a new computer. I selected a more expensive HP model and was credited the original Lenovo purchase price and paid the difference. A very good transaction and a thoroughly satisfied customer! Great HP........Great price!

I love this laptop. It is easy to use and is able to handle all I ask of it. It is quick and has not given me any problems.

I am satisfied with this computer, but I did not think to ask about the Disk player assuming all lap tops came with one. I didn't take it back because overall its a good computer.

fair value for the price. Had tech guy change the screen from 8.1 to our old one. The keys are very sensitive and it is hard to type without adding letters you don't want.

so far so good I was leary about new comp had my old one for 16 years this new lap top is so fast I cant believe it

Great laptop that can handle anything from casual use to a more advanced user. The touchscreen is an added bonus!

This computer is great for accounting students. I especially love the backlit keyboard for doing homework at night.

Very good starter computer for freshman. Durable and the price was right.

Do not install windows 10 it slows everything down. But other than that and the fact that tbe touchpad is on the left side and fritzes sometimes I love this laptop.
