This is a fast computer. It works very well and I love windows 10 on it.

Unfortunately this laptop did not have a CD/DVD unit, requiring an additional purchase of a external player. It had all the other features I was looking for. Since manufactures seem to think all the world downloads everything, they forgot about all the stuff we already have on disks. Guess we will be forced to upload everything to thumb drives now so we can access our music and memories.

I should have gone with a computer running the windows 7 program. I was not prepared for the learning curve for the 8. Probably just me but I am sorry I got this one. Obviously this is a software/user problem and not a reflection on the computer. If I ever get a chance I will comment on how the computer works.

It works well with smooth efficiency to run multiple applications at once.

For the price...this computer is a steal for anyone looking for a great at home all around laptop. Amd proccessor and fx sound system is fantastic. I had it for about 10 days but I had to return because I edit and render high defintion blu-ray dvds. The computer I went with will do this in half the time ....unfortunatly it cost over double what I paid for this.

I was surprised to realize long after the 15 days to return that this expensive computer does not accept CD's!!!!

I am not so sure about the touch screen technology. it is inconsistent what or where it can be used. its not as smooth or responsive in all applications. I would like to give this computer the benefit of the doubt, but not sure would recommend over another. wish there was a way to say "maybe" to recommend to a friend, only a friend who was willing to put up with idiosyncrasies.

Mouse/screen a little touchy and is taking some time to get used to. All in all I am happy with the purchase.

Bought as a gift for my grandson. Not what he wanted, but the best I could do with the money I had available.

While I needed this for work I also needed a new personal computer and was planning on getting a laptop. This met all my needs and is working wonderfully. Geek Squad assisted in getting software installed that was purchased on CD, but this device does not have a CD-drive, which is preferred. I ended up purchasing an external CD drive for future use.
