Altho they tout it as being easier, I think sometimes they should leave good methods alone or introduce changes a few at a time. My laptop is great, but adjusting to windows 8 is really a challenge!

HP ENVY is the best

It is remarkably easy to use. I enjoy the challenge of learning the new windows system. My grandchild loves the touchscreen.

Looks good...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this computer was not a well researched purchase I ended up with this current model because my old laptop got damaged due to a very clumsy 3 year old anyways I just started using it heavily a few days ago and I am not please with the "touch pad" it is a touch screen which makes using windows 8 much more easy but the transition from using the touch screen then back to the archaic touch pad is a bit glitchy I've looked for a way to possibly re-calibrate it in the settings and I've had no luck. Other than that its a nice computer the graphic quality are great and the sound is awesome
