    This was the 2nd HP laptop I bought my girlfriend since black Friday 2014, the first one I bought was from walmart and was a very close to this one but needless to say it had software issues that caused the dvd burner not to work so I returned it and got this one. We got it home and within the first 2 hours it got a virus while trying to install virus ware but it supposedly had it installed already? We took it back and got Toshiba - Satellite Radius 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Satin Gold , this computer is amazing! I have a friend and a relatives who have bought Toshiba Laptops in the past and love them with no issues. To be on the fair side I have owned an HP desktop for 6 year or more and never had any issues or problems and never upgraded it, currently run windows 7 and works as good as it did when I bought it the 1 day.
