I really am quite satisfied with the overall simplicity held in this laptop. Everything is easy to use once you get acquainted if you've never used Windows 8 before. The design is subtle and not too over the top. Performance is wonderful!

Thus far it is working well. It was a little over-whelming at first, but as I used it I gaining comfort and confidence in Windows 8.. I bought the laptop as a travel computer as I still have a desk top at home that I prefer to use there.

The Geek Squad has been a great help to me! Even when they were extremely busy they took time to help me, and I really appreciated that!! What a great service Best Buy offers!

Only trouble we had was the TouchPad had to be uninstalled and new drivers installed to make it work right

Awesome laptop, beats audio sounds good. The touch screen is an awesome addition. The only downside is the mouse pad. It doesnt always work have to use an external mouse.

I needed to replace our old Dell (it lasted 7 years)! But needed something good but affordable that supported my graphic program and I feel this one met my requirements.

I recently bought a laptop and since I got it, I've had nothing but problems with it. The mouse goes crazy, the Internet doesn't work anywhere half the time or it says my internet is limited when I'm connected to wifi. And the sides of the cover looks worn out. I feel like I bought a used laptop and I am not satisfied with it AT ALL. Unless I was sold a used computer, I do not recommend this laptop for anyone. On the bright side, the beats speaker and the touch screen are great. It would be perfect if I didn't have all the problems I am having.

This is a great laptop and I really like it. I bought it for a work from home job and it gets the job done. I would recommend it for work purposes or just for fun.

Good comp, works very well, good sound. Love it. I purchased 2 computers one for me another for my son (middle school student)

I bought this computer & absolutely loved it. I had to take it back because it was used and packaged as new. Re bought it at another location. It's a great computer.

I really and truly think that this is a good product however it is a bit slow as far as processing goes. Instructions were not clear and i had a few problems installing software. Overall this is a good brand but they are very pricey.

This laptop could be perfectly fine......if the so-called 'control zone' wasn't nearly impossible to use for screen navigation. Been using laptops for 20 years and without an screen navigation issues.......until now. I foolishly bought this HP assuming that it would function as all previous, and after a short adjustment period. Not the case! Finally resorted to buying/using a wireless mouse. To me, however workable a solution, is a step backward. Unfortunately I kept this laptop too long before switching from my previous, and therefore unable to return it. Don't get caught like I did. Try the navigation pad out thoroughly before you purchase.

The laptop is excellent quality and is perfect for our student who likes to play games and do homework on Microsoft programs.

I purchased this computer March 9, 2015. I no sooner got it home & it started acting up. I have had nothing but problems with it. I have had to take it in to Geek Squad 4 times for them to look at it, but as soon as I get it back, it starts doing the same garbage! I hate it. It was a huge waste of money for me because now it's too late to get something else. It's too heavy & I don't get much productive work done because of the issues. They told me it was their biggest seller, so I fell hook, line, & sinker. Biggest mistake of my checking account ever! I would DEFINITELY choose something else if I could! Giving it a 2 is generous!!!!!

this is a good all around laptop for the money, anduse easy to transport.

I thought I would not miss having the CD/DVD drive, but that was not the case. I am not ready to give up that feature as yet. I returned the laptop to Best Buy. Other than that, it was a very nice touchscreen laptop.

Admittedly, I am no fan of Windows 8. This laptop is built for the MS vision of a consistent user interface for laptop, cellphone, tablet devices. However, on a laptop, you still need to use the touch pad unlike at tablet or iPad. I found the the touch pad to be very sensitive even when I reduced the sensitivity setting. The effect is that you frequently find you have closed screens or skipped to another unwanted screen inadvertently. I believe I can get used to it, but I have been very frustrated thus far.

I had a really old computer before purchasing this product so I had a little bit of a learning curve with the new technology.

I purchased this laptop for everyday use. Basic household finances, internet browsing and music downloading, works great, no complaints. The Beats audio system delivers great sound for music or movies.

This Computer is absolutely awesome. The only downfall is the fact that it doesn't have a CD drive. However with the advance in technology it's really not needed. You can also buy a CD drive cheaply.
