So far all is good. Did not notice that it does not come with a DVD player, had to buy an external DVD drive. Keyboard light can be turned on in the dark and off again during the day (F5). :-)

This computer is quite frustrating. The mouse refuses to cooperate. If I have Word open and try to surf the web, it crashes. If I could do it all over again , I would definitely not buy this computer.

I love the HP Envy laptop. I bought it because I have recently returned to college. Does everything I need and more. Storage can be upgraded if needed. Easy to take around with me.

I bought this unit to replace a Toshiba I had, love the back lit keyboard and easy function! this unit has the Beats Audio system and I love the sound quality it provides! Great overall computer!!

We purchased this computer for my husband to take to a week long class, and he loves the many features it has.

Nothing but issues since day 1. The mouse is AWFUL. It will randomly move or not move and click on things on the entire opposite side. I had to purchase a remote mouse and still have to reboot the computer frequently (Sometimes 1-3 times a day). Also, can not put any pressure on the keyboard where I would normally rest my hands. Very sensitive. It is very slow for a new computer and I have run scans frequently. We purchase 1-3 new laptops a year for work and this is by far the worse we have used.

The laptop was a birthday gift for my granddaughter. She picked it out after looking at several. It was the one she wanted and she is very happy with it.

This is a nice computer but it runs very slow. Nothing has been downloaded onto the computer but it still runs slow, even with simple tasks such as word processing.

Called geek Squad and they were unable to help me. Told me to go back to the store. Store is over an hour away. Why did I pay for the geek Squad if they cannot help?

The processor is slower than most on HP computers I have purchase in the past. Returned due to grainy screen and flicker. Will stick to a larger processor and HD.

This laptop is by far the best I have ever purchased. It can do anything. I really like the new windows on it. I would recommend this product to anyone.

This laptop is probably 5 or 6 years old. It has worked well during that time and it's still going strong. OK, maybe it is a little slower than a newer model, but I'm happy with the performance. HP is top notch and makes a quality product. I haven't had any need for repair and plan to keep this laptop for the foreseeable future.

Lost the ability to use the citrix that I had loaded previously would not let me up grade the citrix to the newer version know I can't get on to my work account

I love the lighted keyboard. Makes working in a dark room effortless. It's a nice size with good graphics.
