Awful track pad

I had to purchase a mouse just to make the computer useful as something other than a door stop. The mouse does work well so it is now functional- but, it isn't worth the money at all. I should have just saved more and bought the Apple, worth it in the long run.

Seems to be a good computer but -----

The slightest touch on the pad does crazy things to a document that is being prepared. I tried to exchange the Envy at Best Buy but too much time had elapsed. At my age (88) there is some shakiness in my hands which is why I sometimes brush the touch pad.
