dont like the power cord location and I settled For less than I wanted and got less than I settled for

bought a hp computer online opened the box and the hard drive was fried just made grinding noises, took it back and exchanged it for a same model 2 weeks later it died, took it back and upgraded to the envy, it asked for a restart and upgrade every time you turned it off and would lock up half the time. took it back and got a Toshiba and have been happy with this.

Takes a minute to get used to but wonderful after that.

Spent almost 3 hours on phone and WebChat, plus about 1 hour at BestBuy/GeekSquad, plus another hour at Best Buy/GeekSquad. Computer doesn't send anything to the printer. Also keeps filling in my password at some sights without my request. What causes all these problems??? Windows 8.1? Google Chrome? HP? Bring back Windows 7 and Internet Explorer.

It's heavy and often I need to use the mouse because the screen does not always work.

So for I am not happy with my purchase. I had to travel to Atlanta and I will be heading to best buy to return this laptop in exchange for another. Nothing but trouble with it just it won't stay on even with battery or plug in also working on project and screen changes and I lose everything. Not happy and will be in this weekend

still getting used to it. Geek Squad staff has been wonderful in helping with this.

Computer too slow, hat 8.1. Has too many apps. I want to go back to Windows 7.

So pleased it makes me happy and I don't want anybody else to touch my vacuum.

Nothing to Envy with this laptop. Ports didn't work and took forever to boot up and shut down. Took it back to Best Buy a day after the 15-day return period, but associate allowed me to exchange for a different laptop. Toshiba Satellite is excellent...thanks Best Buy for treating your customers right!

Not happy with lap top. Hard to use!! Don't like the mouse keypad.

Unfortunately I had issues with this PC day 2. I took the PC in and while the tech was working with me the screen went grey and an error code appeared. A driver went! Fortunately the store took excellent care of me and I decided to go with a different PC. Great service recovery Best Buy!

This laptop does everything you could want it to. You can not find a better deal for this price.

Performance is great but the touch pad is so twitchy I want to throw this thing out the window. Touch screen works good. Tried adjusting settings and still acts up most of the time. Will never purchase another HP laptop again.

We went in looking for a new laptop with Windows 7 and were told they are no longer available. Not true, they can be purchased online. Why weren't we told that? The OS jumped all over the place, often while typing a simple e-mail. It all went back and we cancelled the transaction.

This laptop started acting up less than 6 months after I purchased it, but the sales associate didn't put insurance after being requested it. Every product I purchased from here I buy insurance so I'm stuck paying for something that doesn't work properly

its ok computer. its not intel but AMD. not that powerful.

I could not be happier with this laptop. The processor is extremely fast and the laptop has not failed to do everything I ask of it. One downside is the track pad could use a little work

II love everything about my lap top. It is user friendly and I can accomplish everything I need to with it.

I needed a laptop computer for school and I had to return this laptop twice. It seemed to be a good computer, but there were problems with it glitching and it would start going between pages . It drove me nuts . Very disappointing.....
