the graphics are great. It is a little touchy on both the screen and mouse pad. it takes quite a while to get familiar with the hardware

Super fast laptop. Great to carry around..Light weight. Trackpad is a little jumpy. but it can be adjusted in the heavy hands settings.

This computer is a great computer for the price. The touch screen works wonderful no complaints. Would recomend for any moderate user

Touch screen is awesome. I wish I had a disk drive though. That makes things difficult.

My biggest complaint about this computer is that it starts to get really laggy when it's left running for more than a day. If I turn it on in the morning when I get up to check email before work, by the time I am getting ready to go to bed at night it is slow to bring up new webpages or open new programs, or even switch between programs. A quick reboot fixes it, but I wish it didn't slow down so quickly. Have also had troubles with the touch pad not responding, again a reboot fixes it, but it can be frustrating.

I use it to surf the web and read emails. Very fast. Nice price for what I do.

Love the touch screen and that you can turn on and off the backlit keyboard. Lightweight and does all I need it to and more!

When I first started it up I noticed the speed. Much faster than the one I had been using. Very pleased with this purchase.

Luckily, I got this laptop on sale. Even with the small discount this laptop has proven itself to be worth not many pennies...To be fair, it does most of what it is supposed to, but it has already had some issues and it is less than 2 months old. The biggest problem is with the touch pad. It stops working out of nowhere and will send the pointer shooting around all over the place even if you barely touch it. Yes, we updated the firmware. Yes, we adjusted the settings. Yes, we contacted HP...no working solution has been offered to date. Super annoying, but perhaps not the worst problem to have. After all, you can get a wireless mouse and get around it. I shouldn't need to do this for a brand new computer. I really don't want to do this for a brand new computer, but there you go. Best Buy is not really much help in these situations since we didn't pay extra for a protection plan. At any rate, I'm giving this item 3 stars because it isn't the worst. It's not the best. It's not even good, really. It does MOST of what it is supposed to and I'm not planning on throwing it in the trash yet.

Was not sure about buying a touch screen, but I am pleased with how it simplifies work and browsing. Great Computer!

So far so good. It does reboot itself if there are internet threats but i think its more my anti virus. Pretty fast..

Great laptop - touchscreen was a nice feature. Still don't love the Windows interface - hope Windows 10 is better.

Easy transition from Apple iOS. Went from iPad to traditional laptop. This was a price performer compared to MacBook.

Bought my son this computer for his upcoming college .. Of course the 3 rd day he had it he spilled milk on keyboard .. I went and spent 100 bucks ( split with son ) to get it fixed rather than bring it back to where I bought it and try to get another one . But as soon as fixed I had it myself for a couple days and thoroughly enjoyed it .My girlfriend wants us to get one now .

Bought this laptop for my high schooler. He's very happy and it does everything he needs. He loves the touch screen, and the thin size. We already tested the warranty when the screen needed to be replaced. Best Buy did a nice job.

After a little adjustment to new features (my last PC was a desktop running Windows XP), I am enjoying this laptop, generally with a smoother experience. I've heard complaints about Windows 8.1 including from my daughter, but I am becoming completely satisfied the more I use it on this particular computer. And the touchscreen capability is very handy.

I like the touchscreen option. I normally use Apple Computers, so this had taken me awhile to get used to.

The processor and graphics combination worked well for needs of movie editing. The implementation of Windows 8 did not perform well and the mouse touchpad was also starting to give me problems within a few days so the computer was returned. Additionally I was not impressed by the audio speakers either.

I like HP computer it is easy to navigate. Decent on speed, and bloatware is not to bad. I am a HP fan.
