The perfect laptop for college. Easy to use and light weight.

Fast and light weight. Would recommend this to anyone.

This laptop was purchased for gaming and school work. It performs just as it is supposed to. No complaints. The features explained by the Best Buy rep were spot on. If there are weak points to this system I have not found them yet. I would reccomend this laptop.

I love the size of this laptop. Not too big and not too small. The touch screen is great and I don't ever want to go back to a regular screen. Sound for music is great. Fast and has lots of storage. Screen Resolution is great as well. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great multipurpose system that is afforable.

In general, the computer runs great. However, it started out having an issue with the sound. We plugged in headphones to determine if it was a sound card or speaker issue. After that, it seems to have resolved the problem for some reason. Also, a setting that changed network accessibility was randomly unchecked. I had to go digging through device manager and find the wireless device and look at its setting to resolve the issue.

So far this computer is working awesome; love the beats audio sound! Great laptop for everyday use

We got this computer because of problems that we were having with a similar HP. Thankfully Best Buy made good on a purchase that we made in good faith. Although it did take several trys where Best Buy tried to repair it and we went round and round abou the data transfer and wound up paying $179 for Geek Squad coverage that we thought we already had and another $100 for transfer fees. But we came out okay although $279 poorer.

Great laptop, light weight, great speed, easy to use.

I've had this computer for about a month and a half and have had zero problems with it so far. Unlike a lot of touch screen laptops I did not find that this was too top heavy or uneasy. The laptop is a little on the heavier side but it's not too bad. I love the back lit key board and the battery life is pretty solid so far.

the device is sound, but the disc transfer and the opaqueness of 8.1 was frustrating.

I really like all the features especially the Beats audio. This is a great product!

Descent performance overall slow when multitasking but great value for the price

The best feature is definitely switching from touchscreen to the mouse pointer! Sometimes when my pointer is stuck, I simply touch the screen! Sometimes, the screen switches by itself, but you can easily turn this off with settings.

I like the touch screen and the ability to look at 2 screens at the same time.
