Once the Geek Squad helped me set up a desktop it was OK. Before that I was going stark-raving mad trying to understand how to use Office 2013 etc. The tutorials were useless. I hate having to pay extra for basic instructions on how to use this.

love the touch screen, and all the wireless features

Had not heard of an all-in-one until we went shopping for a new computer. Love having no tower, less cords, wireless everything. Plus the large screen that is touch or traditional. Highly recommend. The only thing I don't like is the size/scope of the keyboard. It feels smaller than traditional which I find hard to adapt to.

After a bit of a rough start, trying to get McAfee off and Kaspersky on....I love this system. One Geek Squad visit, and I'm in business....I needed a computer with a big monitor for photo editing and I just love the detail that the monitor provides.....have to go and get more software....but outside of that, I'm very happy.

The compact desktop is perfect for someone that sits in front of the computer for many hours with the 23" monitor. Designed easily attach to USB ports and the touchscreen is very impressive.

Great computer I am very happy withy purchase. I did research and compared a few computers and this suited me perfectly financially and it has so much to offer. Will recommend to any one.

We have found this system to be an upgrade from a conventional PC for our small office setting. It is powerful yet compact. Once we got past the learning curve of using windows 8 we found the functionality to be great.

This is the perfect PC for my wife. The all in one setup makes her very happy, no tower or cable mess, very nice touchscreen. The sales associates at Best Buy were very helpful. We were able to buy this PC for a great price.

Switching from Windows XP to this touchscreen Windows 8.1 has been a challenge, but with trial and error, tutorials, and the Geek Squad, I am learning to appreciate some of the endless possibilities this computer has to offer.

I'm glad I purchased the ultimate Geek Squad service with this unit as I have had to use them to fix IE 11 several times already and about to call them once again to see about a browser downgrade. Other than that, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this PC

I had to return the first 2, I like this computer, when it is working , it is very good, attractive , and fun to use. I believe we finally have one that works. Thanks for Best Buy for standing behind their products!

This is a highly functional up to date computer that only requires one plug to get it going.

Had heard bad things about windows 8 but 8.1 is easy to use and have had no problems switching. Fast machine with everything I need to run my stock trading programs. Love it after 4 weeks of use!

Overall good computer for the money. We use this as out family computer and it serves that purpose nicely. The keyboard is hard to see in low light because there is no backlighting and it is black. My wife enjoys the photo editing.

Great computer for the family. I was a MAC junkie for the last 15 years (still am really) - but this machine has been awesome. Young kids using Windows in school and the iMac had too many moves. Screen is awesome and lightning fast.

I've been working on the laptop and wanted an all in one PC. Got this for a great deal at Best Buy, be sure to price check them with Costco. Computer works just fine.

I had looked at several different model from dell sony and acer and this hp model had all the better features than any one else had so it was a no brainer and best buy offered 200 dollars in fee software to boot

It's a very good choice for people with space saving needs and love fun tech stuff. Easily networked with my whole system.

It,s not so much the fault of the actual product but it comes with Windows 8.1 installed. It's like learning to operate a computer all over again and very few of my favorate programs that I use are compatable.
