poor quality keyboard, no lighting under computer for keyboard not enough USB ports, poor online instructions, too many apps I'm not interested in.

Had to exchange the purchase as the first one locked up and even the Geek Squad could not do anything with it. Had to drive 120 miles in less than 24 hours because of this. Satisfied now....

This Touchsmart-23 is a newer model in the ENVY line by HP with minor changes over the previous model. The features that most sold me on this model were the current model processor (4th gen i5 Intel, many PCs still ship with the older 3rd gen i5), hybrid HD (fast boot up, fast access of frequently used files), the optical drive (which many all-in-ones lack), and the excellent quality screen. The touch sensor is responsive and the full HD screen is beautiful. Any issues I have are more Windows 8 related. For instance I wanted to use the PC for video editing of my home movies from a camcorder but Windows 8.1 no longer supports the codec (MPEG2) required to do this. I was able to upgrade the OS with the "Windows Pro Pack" for an additional $99 but this was an unanticipated expense. It is important to note that Windows 8.1 cannot playback DVDs due to the missing codec, though HP includes software which fixes this problem without the need for additional software. The codec is only an issue if you want to watch or edit videos in Windows Media Center or Photo Gallery.

I bought the HP Envy to replace my old Dell Desktop and after using it for a month I'm very pleased. The Envy has a lot of capability for the price. I like having all the components in one system.

I called the customer service and they wouldn't help me because I didn't get the over priced geek squad warranty. The D: drive isn't supposed to have anything on it as somebody at Best Buy told me and it's nearly full after only having it for less than 2 weeks. They wouldn't help us with it without bringing it in with a minimum cost of $129.00. We just spent $1150.00 there and I so wished I would've purchased it elsewhere. We bought a 2 year warranty but that apparently isn't good enough. We've received no help whatsoever so far. The D drive is still almost full I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING "BEST BUY" TO ANYBODY AND I'LL BE GOING ELSEWHERE FROM NOW ON! We could have got an extra years warranty and saved money at Fry's Electronics with the same computer.

This is a great and sleek all in one computer. It is so fast and easy to set up and use! You will love it!!!!

Upgraded from windows XP. Talk about better in every way

I would recommend this All-in-one TouchSmart to any one who is going to upgrade to a new pc. This system has it all and is very functional with all wireless accessories, keyboard and mouse.

Nice computer. Fast, lots of memory, doesn't take up much space. Wireless keyboard and mouse. High resolution touch screen. Very happy with this computer. I would definitely buy it again!!

Screen sharp and responsive to touch. Works well. Good for user like me who is not deeply sophisticated.

I bought the computer for my new business. It was easy to set up and to install the programs I need. It is fast and has a large, touch screen which comes in handy.

So far I am completely satisfied with our new computer. I still have so much to learn but Bryan Burke is so helpful and patient with me that I am sure I will grasp it soon

I'm happy with all the features but since I'm not familiar with Windows 8 I struggle to find programs unless I go to the tab screen.hopefully I will learn the system soon

It works and I like it. It turns on quickly. There is no waiting for it to "warm up" and be ready to go. This is my first wireless PC -- I don't miss the attached cords.

The HP Envy AIO is really great. The size is perfect for my poor sight after many hours of work, it is quick, really advanced and the touch feature is great too.

This computer is really fast and super easy to use! If you are looking to buy a faster computer with plenty of memory right off the shelf, this is your computer!!

I was leery of getting an all in one computer and did not know if I really needed the touch screen. But so far I really love it. I have had it for a month.
