Not happy with this computer. The screen blanks out and after a second comes back on. Volume goes mute randomly any time. I have to restart to fix both issues.

this computer has a ton of great features. the thing I have a problem with is that every time I use it I have to restart it. the desktop mode and other apps get all messed up and then I cant use it. touch screen isn't very fast also.

I Got this computer last week and from the time took it out of the box intill i took it back it would alway crash , lock up and give me a blue srceen... NOT A COMPUTER TO BUY.....

Very disappointed that after one year I have to pay to get it serviced and that something is wrong. I have a HP laptop that I've had for years with no problems
