I am enjoying my new all in one. I haven't had time to try everything out yet. I purchased the Best Buy help for 2 yrs so I could call & ask questions and we'll see if the screen holds up. I usually keep my computers for 5 years or more and overlap timing. The screen & resolution are great. I added another harddrive because I have so many pictures.

I am pleasantly surprised at how nice this computer is. The size of the monitor is just right. The picture is fantastic, so crisp and clear. I like the all in one design as it is less obtrusive on my desk which is in my family room. The lack of a tower and speakers cuts down on the amount of wires all over the desk and floor. I also love the tilt screen. I am new to Windows 8 and the touch screen so it's taking some getting used to. If this computer lasts as long as my old Gateway (1999), I will be a happy camper.

HP Envy woulld have been my second choice (old Dell user for business and personal) but after viewing all the CR and Cnet reviews and research chose the HP. Glad I did! Sharp, fast, full featured with great sound. Unless you are a real techy, suggest you use the geek squad for set up of file transfer and new programs; their support is a big reason to buy from Best Buys.

Easy to understand and get on the internet. I love the big screen and the fact I can use the mouse or touch the screen, which I'm trying to get use to touching the screen. This is our first new computer in many years and we are very pleased.

This is an excellent computer for every day use, online classes, school projects, and more. The beats audio is excellent. Windows 8 is difficult to navigate, but I believe I will like it once I get used to it. A great purchase overall.

Set up was so fast and easy, even for people who don't have much experience with computers. This is the best for any business. I use this computer every day, and it has not failed me even once. The sound system is fantastic. I love the touch screen and the new windows. I highly recommend this computer for everyone who wants things done effectively and efficiently.

Great buy. Had not bought a computer in a while so glad we picked this one. Fast, clear. and sounds good. We went in to buy some home phones and saw computer and could not go home without it one of the best buys I have made in a long time. The young man who explained to us how it worked was great. Thank you best buy for having such bright people working for you.

There are just so many steps to get up and running compared to Windows 7. It took an hour to tailor the system settings, register, so I can use windows and access the internet. Took about 4 hours to install program, restore backups, and perform windows updates. I don't know how average people set these things up. Windows 8 interface sucks. Had to switch back to desktop mode. Once you get it up and running, it runs programs, games, and surfs fast. Recommend for average users. Still a lot of bloatware.

I went from Windows XP to 8.1 Touch ... it took a bit of time for me to get mostly comfortable. Since there was much difference in technology, I just felt like I could get lost faster and stay lost longer. Not touching the screen, unless intentionally, took some time. Finding things takes a bit of time until you figure things out. The computer is great .. large, clear screen, very fast, still portable enough to put in the RV for the summer. I just had to be patient in getting comfortable with the 8.1.

The Envy 23 has Windows 8.1, which has changed in major ways from 7.0. It includes some really cool features, many of which it will take a lot of time to understand. As is typical, there is no documentation (manual) included. So I'm depending on library books to search out information on just what this is capable of doing. That said, I am still happy with the purchase. And, by the way, The Geek Squad helped me get started. Without them showing me the basics, and helping me pick some of the appropriate options upfront, I would have been lost and frustrated for a long time.

Very nice package, easy set up, and no wires. Big 23 inch touch screen with good sound and easy use.

Good value, great service, easy for me (I'm pretty old) to move between the Windows 8 and the view I had gotten use to in the past.

Very quick start up and love the touch screen! It takes some getting use to with the app but after that it's super easy!

I love this computer even a year later and have no regrets. I have not upgraded to Windows 10 yet and I am waiting to see what happens with everyone else first.

My touch screen was easy to set up I purchased the Desktop at a great deal I just loved everything about it.Love shopping at Best Buy another great product .

This computer is every thing I was looking for and more. Touch screen is great.It runs real smooth.and as a business owner it is more then what I was looking for.not to mention I use it for a bit of gaming as well.I would recommend this to others.

My wife is anti-technology, so I needed something easy to use. Opening an attached PDF is easy, making it go away is not so simple. The earlier version of outlook is much better than the new improved version. it is very quiet - puts it self to sleep - come back on in seconds with no fuss. It's been on for a month, never had to shut it down or restart it. Memory seems to be adequate Had to google "how to remove driver detective" to make it go away. It comes up telling me my drivers are in need of updating... Went to HP's support center all my drivers were up to date. Looks like driver detective just wanted some coin... Bye Bye driver detective...Compared with xxxx, this was minimum bloatware I would have preferred a SSD with 256 or 512 and an external usb drive as we don't store large amounts of stuff.

I love my HP Envy computer! The screen is huge and the option of touch or keyboard works well for me. I use graphics programs and have no problem with memory overload.

I am enjoying this new computer. I love the large screen, the ease with which I can get around (once I learned a few features) and how speedy it is.
