I have been using this computer for about 4 weeks now. Can't say any thing negative about the computer. Coming from XP, windows 8.1 took a little time to figure out. But going from a flip phone to a windows phone took a little time. I mostly still use the mouse, but there are times the touch screen is really helpful, especially when scrolling through long pages. I would buy this again.

Bought this for my home office and love the convenience of having everything accessible with one touch

I'm coming from Vista so I have a lot to learn about 8.1, but am loving the speed, clear screen, ability to have two pages on screen at one time and all my emails open on the same page. More options than I will ever use. Love not having a box.

I have had problems getting my emails but there have been other factors, so doubt it is the computer. In any event, many frustrations!

It's a good computer with little to complain about. Price could be better, but comparing all of the other models at BB, this had all the features and brand name you could want.

Very fast, and has all my required features, good sound

I was a lover of XP and when I was forced to go with Vista on my laptop I wanted to upgrade to a desktop with a bigger screen, as I am 73 years old. My new Envy is really fast and I found learning Windows 8.1 to be a breeze. For my part, it does most things automatically. Just a matter of swiping the screen to change from the desktop to the apps. I love the weather app and so many other features. The Beats audio is wonderful and I enjoy listening to Christian inspirational music as I go about my craft projects.

Very happy with this product. The only thing I don't care for is windows 8 otherwise I think it's a great all in one. With windows 8 you have to learn everything all over again. For younger people it's ok but for older people like me it's not so great.

real great pc, looks awesome, love the touch screen and how much space i have on my desk now, only thing i would have like to see a better looking and feeling keyboard and mouse. for the price i would of thought those two things would be better quality.

Easy to use. Not happy with incompatibility with some software programs

I was ready to replace my old Dell, did research and decided this was the computer for me. Was NOT disappointed.

I love the large monitor and Windows 8 is not as bad as some make it out to be. I have had no problems with it.

The computer is great, love how fast it is however, because it's newly made the touchscreen eventually bugs out and is annoying to try to disable. This was an issue that happened with multiple touchsmart computers. Overall a great product and worth the price. Get geek squad protection though!

I enjoy working with my new computer. I do a lot of work from home

Great sound, the only reason I got this one. The last one was also HP but the on/off switch went out and it was too expensive to repair. So this time, I am trying not to use the on/off button too much. Hopefully it will last a little longer. If no problem for 3-4 years, I thing I got my $ back.

I have been a PC owner for 20 years now and this seems to be by far the best. First off, the solid state drive allows for a rapid boot and quick reponse when opening programs. It's processing speed and RAM are robust and able to handle many heavily taxing applications at once. (i.e. media servers, videos, analytical programs that require lots of resources) The keyboard and mouse pair and operate flawlessly but when it comes to pairing any other devices via bluetooth it offers great resistence. Windows 8.1, as I'm sure many would agree, while offering many advantages over previous versions, is laid out such that it requires additional "clicks" to achieve the task at hand therefore creating a bottleneck. HP's built-in "Support Assistant" is nothing short of amazing and the touch-screen offers dynamic control of your system. I strongly recommend this PC to anyone from a beginner to an advanced user.

trying to set up has been a real challenge between Windows and Google Apps I think I have software problems I also have trouble pulling in the Internet I am taking it in to Geek Squad tomorrow. 2 recommend this product to a friend at this time is a bit premature
