Very slow computer

I would go on the Microsoft website and then everything would run slow including our cell phones. I would not recommend this computer. I have since switched over to Apple.

I wasn't going to get an HP since my son had trouble with his, but it was a good deal. Well, the I and O keys stuck just like his, so I returned it and purchased a Lenovo.

Don't trust Best Buy laptops

Cheap material
