This is my second HP and it is the best laptop I've ever had. The only issue I had was using Firefox, where I got some strange behavior. I switched to Chrom and it is fine. Really, better than fine.

My 1st HP & I'm very satisfied. PC is very fast & has everything I need right at my fingertips. I don't regret my purchase one bit. I bought it for my home based businesses & it works like a dream.

I needed a basic computer to do everyday processing for my business as well as some marketing things. It is great for everything I need and the price doesn't break the bank.

Great Computer all around. Have had it for a month sometimes it freezes which requires a manual restart but overall a fast even with terrible college wifi and good computer

The laptop is easy to use and the backlighted keys are nice but there is not enough contrast to the silver color of the key. Windows 10 takes some getting used to but that's a Microsoft issue.

I needed a laptop that's light and I wanted a tablet I got both .You can spend a lot of money for both and have no memory or speed in a tablet .problem solved.Plus free webroot and geek sqaod

I love this computer. Got it for my nephew for school. While looking at it and especially afterwards playing with his, if I were looking for a new computer for myself, that's what I would get.

My daughter really loves her computer. She is in her freshman year at college & has no trouble completing her school work with this computer. It's also great when she watches programs on it.

I really love my new HP Envy x360. I like the size and the touch screen and being able to use it like a tablet when traveling. I would recommend it for everything a person would use a pc for.

I purchased this computer for my son he needed one for school. It's really efficient and he loves the way it's easy to navigate. My sales person was great as well.

As always the knowledgeable staff at BB steered me in the right direction. Being one who is very tech challenged this laptop is super user friendly. I love the touchscreen capability.

Had it for 3+ years now; still runs good. Battery getting weaker. Should get 1-2 more years of usage after battery replacement.

I love the lighted keyboard, the two in one display and the flexibility of the computer over all. It helps with many of my school projects and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

After retiring from a rather large company that provided the engineers with laptops, I was feeling the absence of a good laptop that was worked hard at work and for home use. This Envy HP laptop filled the void very well and has performed above my expectation. The larger display screen is so nice. There are many features of this laptop that I have yet to explore. Windows 10 was a bit strange in the beginning but it didn't take long to become familiar with it. I have no constructive criticism of this laptop at this time. I had researched dealers and laptops prior to purchasing this laptop from Best Buy; and remain happy with my purchase.

The salesman at store showed me this one when the one I was looking for wasn't available. I'm glad he did it is very easy to use and convenient. I am really glad I bought it

I browse the web, shop and pay bills online and watch videos. The laptop is light and performs everything I need. I found I use the touch screen more than I thought I would.

The hp Envy x360 is sleek and easy to use. It doub;es as a tablet, touchhscreen which is convenient Im still adjusting to it but so far I'm satisfied

Bought this laptop for my daughter going to college, the machine is fast and reliable and the touch screen is awesome, no known issues at this time.
