I've been using this laptop a few weeks now without any problems. Speed is acceptable, weight is great and picture quality on the monitor is remarkable. We have tablets and phones that get used most of the time in the household, this laptop is primarily used paying bills and high school kid doing homework. It works great for our needs.

The laptop had all the specs I was looking for. The 15.6 in screen is ideal for my needs and the laptop is lighter than my previous laptop. The touchscreen gives me the flexibility to create and scroll between screens. Ample RAM to run my software without sacrificing speed and ROM to store school and personal data. The Intel ICore 5 processor runs my software with little effort.

I've only had my new laptop for 2 weeks now but I really like it. For a 15.6 inch laptop it is really light weight and the set up instruction were very easy. This is my first 2 in 1 touch screen and it was really easy to switch from tablet mode to laptop and screen is very bright and life like. It also has a ton of memory.

This has been great so far. I'm a writer so all I needed it for was the basics: Writing, streaming and music. I like the touchscreen but hardly use it. Nice to have though. Very fast. for someone who demands more out of a laptop I can't answer, but for someone who needs an easy to use and reliable laptop it seems ideal.

This was the perfect laptop/notebook for my moderate needs: word processor, spreadsheets. I especially like the illuminated keyboard and touchscreen sensitivity. The screen has an excellent sharpness and color. Speed and battery life is better than most, light-weight for convenience.

Wow I am in love with this laptop! I was only looking for something to write my class papers and ran into this particular model. What is so awesome about it? The wide screen in wich I can multitask! It is big enough to tile Windows vertically while I read online books on one side and writing a paper on the other! I love the versatility of being able to flip the screen around and turn it into a tablet. Love the touchscreen, need to get a cover to keep smudges off. Speed? Is decent, I run my antivirus in the back ground and wifi as well. The keyboard is comfortable and love the touchpad mouse. This is a great buy I would recomend.

I needed a laptop for school and on the advice of my physical and occupational therapists elected to go with one that had a touchscreen. I have only had it for a couple of weeks and I already am highly impressed. It works fast, is not too heavy and does everything I need it to do.

After my ipad broke I had to buy a new computer, so I did a lot of research. Eventually I just went into the store and told an associated what I needed, and he was super helpful. I'm a college student so the most important things for me were storage, fast processing, and the ability to multi task. I love that this has a backlit keyboard, it's perfect for studying late at night. In addition, the terabyte of storage is perfect for all my pictures and documents. Although it doesn't have a CD drive, I just bought an LG external disc drive, so that has worked out really well. The only minor complaint I have is that sometimes it kind of freaks out and my music will stop like it's a broken record, or my tabs will open and close randomly. It happens very infrequently, so overall I'm thrilled with this purchase.

I bought this laptop because I needed a new one for college. It has lots of memory and battery life. Also I love that I can multitask with it. The touchscreen comes in handy when I'm taking notes and I need to underline key words and such.

My daughter needed a laptop for her college courses and this laptop works really well. Nice feature is having the touchscreen and the processing is really quick. The laptop is lightweight, easy to transport and seems to be fairly durable.

This laptop is AMAZING! Start up us fast and it's easy to navigate. The weight is very light and I love the light up keyboard. Speakers are excellent with sound quality. I use this computer mainly for browsing the internet and photoshop.

its an hp, its awesome, versatile, fast, pretty light and compact, pretty much everything that it was needed for it will do without problems, and the screen is really sweet

Full key pad and looks stylish. It is quick on the upload and it's nice to have the edge to edge screen. Not that heavy at all fits almost in any backpack.

I love this laptop and it has exceeded my expectations. The 12 gigs of ram is a bonus! The screen looks very nice to me and I have an iPad Pro so when I look at some laptops it immediately hit me as inferior. I'm not saying it is equal to the iPad in screen quality but that I'm not disappointed when switching over. With a 1 TB hard drive I have plenty of storage and no it is not as fast as SSD storage but who can afford a laptop with 1 TB SSD!!! I bought this laptop to replace my 13.3 laptop that had a 128 SSD and the biggest slowdown I see is boot time. But frankly it is still fast enough not to be an issue for me.

Loved the looks of the laptop. Awesome speed with great feature of 360degree flexibility. Battery lasts for long time and many new features with the Microsoft.
