I LOVE THIS HP ENVY! When i brought it i was skeptical, but i thought to take advantage of the geek squad. I did and it worked great, initially. But then i turned it on a couple of times and it would go crazy and flicker wildly, but a fix happened and NOW, this computer is a BEAST! It's FAST, it's efficient in battery life and it's super useful. I LOVE IT!!!!!

The computer itself is amazing. Granted I had an old laptop, so anything would be better, but I never expected it to be as great as it is. I work from home and I needed a computer that could compensate all of the work I do, keeping a dozen (at least) tabs or documents open at a time, and this computer handles it. I also enjoy my games, and the computer does not disappoint me with that also. My favorite thing about buying this computer, was the salesperson that sold it to me. He did everything that he could to get me this computer. He knew I researched it and I wanted it. Start of school coincided with my purchase and they didn't have any available, but he found one and had it shipped to me in 2 days. He also made sure that I had the going discounted price at the time. I was unaware that it was on sale, but he made sure I knew and I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. I will I buy a HP in the future, but I will buy ot from Best Buy.

The picture is awesome, lighted keyboard and great wifi. Huge 1TB hard drive and killer memory all make this the best laptop I have owned. The downside is the weight, very heavy to try to use as a tablet and if you flip it partially the speakers are on wrong side. All and all this is a very fast responsive laptop.

Bought this hp envy laptop at Best Buy about 3 months ago and it has been great. It replaced a 5 year old hp pavilion that just wouldn't function anymore and the difference in tech from then to now is astonishing! I love all the things you can do with this laptop having the 360 degree versatility and touch screen. Very happy with my purchase.

I love the ability for this laptop to bend into a tablet, it's super convenient when my work space is cramped? I also love that the speakers are along the top not the bottom, that makes it so much easier to listen to anything audio. It's lightweight, so that makes it more convenient for carrying in my backpack with my textbooks and binders.

Good computer, light, slim, plenty of memory. No DVD drive.

Laptop is a decent performer for the price and meets all my current needs. Great to have the touch screen feature for spouses crafting and hobby work. Good size hard drive and memory is more than adequate to support numerous applications without bogging down. So far a good purchase and no issues.

I've always had an HP business class notebook, and the build of this notebook feels like a business class machine. It's not made of the cheap plastic a lot of consumer machines, and it's perfect for surfing the web, and media applications. The screen size is perfect, and have had no issues at all with its performance. The keyboards backlight feature, and full size numeric keyboard are a couple of my favorite features. Windows 10 is taking me a bit to get use to but not bad. The only issue I have with this machine is creating the restore or factory image backup. I either have to use CD's or a USB flash drive. The machine does not come with disk drive and I'm fine with that, but I would like to use my external HD instead of USB flash which it won't allow. I'm not sure if this is a MS or HP thing. Overall I really love this laptop, and it's definitely worth the purchase.

It is very fast, plenty of memory & user friendly.

Needed a bigger screen and more powerful device for work and this fits my every need. My only issue is that some software for Webinars does not work perfectly with Windows 10, but they should catch up soon. Very good looking, which is a bonus. Haven't been able to get my wireless printer to work yet, which is a pain.

The processing speed is amazing along with the ease of being able to fold and utilize like a tablet. I have used this to conduct seminars and other speaking engagements. It is nearly invisible on a podium.Ease of use and fast processing speed makes this a must to own.

I use my laptop for personal and business and the one I was using - also an HP - was 5 years old and running like a dinasaur...it was time to update. This computer is quick and easy and makes my job easier - also good for personal communication - I am back in the 21st century. I love HP products

Great laptop. We needed one with the number pad on the keyboard and larger screen. This one has speed, tons of memory, great backlit keyboard, touchscreen and so much more. It can fold and be like a tablet or use it like a laptop. Versatile and lightweight. Exactly what we were looking for.

I went with this laptop due to its price point and features (we don't use it for much besides internet usage and MS Office applications). I wanted one with an Intel chip instead of AMD. I am not the primary user but my wife seems happy with its performance.

Found this product to be nice to the eye and touch. The system works great and had no problem starting up and using immediately. The design is lite weight and flexible. For a Windows computer you can't beat the price. Speed is great and storage plenty

Pros: 1. Nice and sleek design 2. Light weight for a 15.4inc laptop 3. Speakers are really clear and crisp not to mention loud 4. adequate processing speed, not for mod-high level gamers tho. Cons: - hinge feels a little fragile , but may be thats just me?

I haven't had an HP before, this is the first. I must say I really like it. The size of the screen turned out to be perfect, although 2" smaller than my prior laptop. The touchscreen works flawlessly as well as the tablet fold back feature for ease of use. No complaints.

Lightweight, clear HD screen 2 in 1, and very smooth key pad and 10 key. The only thing is it keeps crashing. I exchanged it and got the same one and it still does the same thing for some reason. Overall, it's a good laptop for its price.
