Great Laptop

This HP actually performs better, not just faster. The Bluetooth works great with both speakers and headphones. All in all this is a great laptop.

A bit heavy but I was upgrading from a Surface

I have had no problems with this laptop. But I am having problems with Windows 10. It takes over and opens and closes programs and sub-menus. I have reported this problem to Microsoft.

Ok - Consistent Sad Blue Screen

I'm unimpressed with the number of times I have gotten the blue screen of death..."page_fault_in_nonpaged_area" is always the issue. I got it two or three times in my first couple of days of use, and just didn't have time to install updates. After I installed the updates it worked probably for a week or two without any issues. Now it has started crashing again, but not nearly as much as it did at first. Another thing that is just personal preference is the 360 feature. I really wanted something that could convert easily into a tablet. While this does have the hinges to do it, and it's nice for watching movies, the weight and overall size of this computer is not like a tablet.

I can type . my husband does not so the touch screen is awesome for him Really and truly have not found a negative. easy reading.. Highly recommend .and have.. People coming to our house seeing it do have updated laptop ENVY Ha! ha! but truthful this laptop has it ALL!!!

Great computer for the price

I have had the computer for over a month and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I have not experienced any problems. It is a little large, however, if you intend to use it mostly in tablet mode.

I finally got a new modem last night and have been on the computer all day today for work purposes. I love what it is able to do so far!
