This whole experiance with team best buy is fantastic and awesome. My Levino satilite died on me and went to best buy for a faster more better computer. The guys at team bestbuy are truley the go to guys for anything regardless of the issue or situation you may have with a device.

Cost effective laptop with latest processors and large storage space. Good for college students, home office and personal use. Durable product.

Nice solid machine once the bugs are worked out. Overall I like it except the touchpad but that is minor. Wifi did not function properly until support was able to update the entire machine which took a couple hours on the phone.

purchased when my old lenovo crashed. Chosen based on reviews and evaluations, consumers reports, etc. Completely disppointed when I realized it did not have an ethernet port.

The laptop works well for the things you need it for. It caught viruses and started shutting down on me by itself a little before a year since I’ve had it.

I have had the HP ENVY for a few days now and it is great. I had to return the one I purchased at first due to some issues but when they replaced it with the one I have now I have had no issues. Great buy and great

Less than 2 months old an already there is glitch in the touch screen. This was bought for my daughter who is in college, and makes it hard to bring in during the semster. Will be taking it in after fall semester.

Laptop functions as expected. Win 10 has a few somewhat annoying "features" that I have had to work around as much as possible. Some workarounds are not possible and this is inconvenient, but nothing can be done.

Used this laptop for 1 month before i used to be happy with the performance but now it heats a lot with even small programs.This laptop has a good speaker system.

From bumper to bumper this is such a great product that I bought 2. The only reason was because the associate that helped me was so versed in all the products it was obvious wanted one for the office and one for home. Lancaster Best Buy rocks!!!!

It appears to meet all our needs for the moment. It was for my granddaughter who is attending college. So far she has figured out how to use it to submit essays and other assignments. She had a little difficulty at first but figured it out. She likes that it is portable. She makes up study questions and takes them on her laptop to study groups, She downloads practice materials and is able to access useful websites, and sends assignments electronically to professors.

I really have no complaints. The only problem I'm having issues with is...this darn blue screen "welcome to HP" pop up window. It shows up every 30 minutes while I'm working and I can't get it to stop.

For people who still like to use a laptop this is a great Laptop for price it's offered at. Not the latest specs but a great value product. It comes with all the features of a laptop and a tablet.

Bought this for my son for college awesome display nice laptop for the money.. Like it so much i may pick one up for myself. Streamed movies to my tv with it no issues. Well see how it lasts over his use at school but seems very durable

We have only had the computer a few weeks but no issues so far. We love the back light on the keyboard. The number key pad on the right is great. It switches easily to tablet mode and so far the processing speed for everything is great.

Im enjoying my laptop. my printer is being difficult, it wont connect with any bluetooth or wifi, especially my laptop. I made it work by buying an adapter to help me connect my laptop to the printer. But it was only $30 and worth it.

I went to look for a brand new laptop to start my freshman year of college and after finding out I can get a student discount on the laptops ($150 off) my mom got me this one with the newest intel installment! It works perfectly.

Although I don't use the touch screen I picked this badboy up as a replacement for my Mac when it died. It's a solid, quick computer with a great sound system and an absolutely terrific display. Great machine for the price point.

The purchase was with very little effort. The sales Lady had all the answered that I asked and thee no surpiseds when I used it at home.

This is a great laptop and I have never had any major issues with it. The system is fast and provides more than enough memory. I love hp computers and best buy provided it at a great price
