thi laptop have 2 usb connect. when try to use (put in or pull out) both is hard

Having problems with audio. People can hear me talking but I can not hear them due to low volume

This is a good laptop but from day 2 the fan started making a great noise.

I purchased this computer 3 weeks ago. I have difficulty getting it to turn on. It goes into sleep mode and wont come back. I have tried for two weeks to speak to someone with no success. I chated with Geek Squad and they couldn't help. Now they are saying it can't be returned. TOTAL FRUSTRATION....................

Against my better judgement after a terrible product experience with a laptop ten years ago, I bought another HP. 10 years ago there was an issue that required a factory reset under warranty. Ten years later, higher end model, and the new one needs a factory reset. (Both times it was a mechanical sound interfering with the audio that a driver update couldn’t fix)

The description and price of this computer would lead you to believe that this computer is fast and has a good processor but I cannot even run a single program on it. I was told even by a best buy representative that this was very slow and he was surprised that I had just bought this and though it was an older model when I told him the processing speed. I am not super computer savvy so I didn't realize this until now- after countless hours on the phone with tech support from a program I was trying to use. Turns out the computer is literally just too slow to do basically anything except basic word documents or storing some pictures. Now I'm past my return window (even though the customer service rep I just spoke with said I may still be able to return it). I am beyond disappointed.

Bought it 2 days ago and just opened the box because I have been busy moving. The fan is SO loud and I have not even done anything on the laptop yet. If this is how loud it is after just opening it, I can only imagine how it will sound if I do anything else. I am returning it tomorrow.

It is goog product however it was delivered broken and that costed me more than 200 bucks!

This is the SECOND HP Envy x360 I have purchased and both laptops have had hardware issues. Today my keyboard, touchpad and fingerprint sensor all disabled randomly while I was working and so I couldn't get into my computer or interact with it in any way - even to turn it off! And then the screen went black and I couldn't get it to come back until I held the computer at just the right angle. This computer crashes when I disconnect from an external monitor and has sound issues. I'm so disappointed. I should've returned it, but being a teacher I needed it to teach my classes. My previous one (purchased one year ago) had a bad HDMI port and the monitor would regularly black out. HP refused to provide assistance even though it was a manufacturer defect and COVID blocked my ability to deal with the issues within the one-year warranty timeframe. So I purchased this one and it's having issues also. I should've bought a Dell.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. The computer has been powered up for an hour and so far I have seen the blue screen of death 13 times citing a VIDEO TDR problem. It is UNACCEPTABLE rolling out a product that is obviously not ready. What a piece of garbage. Don’t waste your time, this laptop will only bring you frustration. I’ll be returning ASAP. Thanks for nothing HP.

Is ok..too much money for a basic computer.. Microsoft edge pre-installed is horrible

This was a nice computer but the scree was too small for my taste

The first purchase was non operational- had to order a new one- 3week wait. Not please at all. Now every time I log into the new lap top; it wants me to download and update everything- programs- every log in. original purchase date was in May. I didn't receive the new one until June 17th when I was out of town.

not even a month after I bought it, the screen turned black. I took it back to best buy, then they send it to the repair service but didn't hear anything and It's been 3 weeks. I'm really upset and I would never recommend this laptop to anyone!

Had this HP Envy x360 notebook for just over a year when the Bang & Olufsen speaker blew. I am very easy on my speakers, even to the point of using an out sourced speaker. It's (not really) how things go wrong right when the warranty expires.

It’s okay. It’s loud. Gets the job done and looks sleek.

Computer is only 2 months old and was working great up until now. I had downloaded Media Suite (Windows 10 compatible) to utilize a new external DVD player which was not compatible with the computer and didn't play DVD's. After trying to just uninstall pressing restart on computer it completely crashes! HP tech support was very helpful but after an hour of assistance and 2 specialist it could not be fixed! Now I have to ship it to HP and wait for it to be serviced. Have to start over nothing can be recovered. Now back to using my old faithful 8 year old Dell for now. I can't believe "compatible" media software would cause the computer to crash if that's the problem. Thats a lot of money to spend for such unreliable product. Very sorry not to just stick with Dell!
