This is an amazing laptop to own!! It is the easiest laptop to log into with the fingerprint login and the touch screen is a great feature!! It is lightweight and easy enough to carry around. This is a great lap top for recreational use, work use, or college use. I mainly use it for college work amd to pay bills but the screen I definitely a great size to watch Netflix or other streaming services. Great buy overall and one of the best laptops I have ever owned.

I had an Acer Aspire S3 that was a little dream machine, and when I had to finally replace it I ordered an Aspire 5 from an online retailer. To say I was beyond disappointed with it is a major understatement. Several months later I was in Best Buy to pick up a portable SSD and decided to give the demo laptops a test drive. The HP Envy stopped me in my tracks! Although I was in no position to fork over yet more money for another new laptop (and nearly double what I had just paid for the Aspire) I also couldn't continue being irritable with a machine I had to constantly fight with. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the HP Envy! To contrast it with the trouble spots of the Acer Aspire 5: the screen is crystal clear with sharply defined colors and images. The touchpad is highly responsive. The keyboard is solid without that teeth-gritting plastic bounce. The lid is easy to open (why Acer couldn't figure out to bevel the edges of the Aspire 5 is beyond me, since they had with the old Aspire S3.) The machine is sleek and gorgeous (OK that one is vanity, but it's important when you use it for hours every day.) I haven't even begun to explore all the touch screen and 2-in-1 capabilities. The only two downsides I can determine after a couple months of use (and they're not deal-breakers but improvements that could be made): it's a tad heavier than I'd like for portability; and one of the USB-A ports has a drop-jaw flap that I'm worried might eventually break off. Ironically, my Canon printer had died earlier in the year and I had replaced it with the HP Envy all-in-one printer based on the excellent reviews. The Envy laptop communicates beautifully with it for copy, scan and fax. I am super happy with my purchase of the HP Envy!

The laptop itself is pretty sweet. Extremely fast, thanks to the SSD +Optane, the Intel 11th Gen processor and lots of memory. It's lightweight, although to be truly portable I probably would have opted for the 14"er. This is my wife's laptop and it's pretty much stationary so she wanted a bigger screen. The touchscreen is gorgeous. Unless you are a graphics artist, professional photographer or using it for something that really needs a completely accurate color scheme that I don't need, the monitor is pretty awesome IMHO. Here's the reason I only gave it four stars. The first one died after 2 days. I completely updated the operating system, added all of my wife's apps, etc, etc. I went to bed and things were great and the next morning the screen flickered so fast that I couldn't even read it. After some trial and error I realized it only did it when off power. But, that's exactly how you want to use a laptop, on your lap, not plugged in. After 2.5 hrs on the phone with HP, they told me to either ship it to them (18+ days to get it back) or return it to Best Buy. Best Buy was awesome. I called them and they told me to bring it in. They didn't grill me, simply asked, "So, it doesn't work?" Then, promptly gave me a new one. You need to be careful that you check every digit in the serial number. The sales rep gave me one that was one digit off from what I had bought. it was $150 more than the one I bought. I refused to pay $150 and we finally found the error and they quickly gave me a new machine. Can't say enough about Best Buy's customer service...top notch! Assuming #2 has no hardware issues, this is a GREAT machine!

This is my 2nd HP Envy 360 in the last 3 years. With that said, I really find it a great laptop, especially with the touch-screen. Fast, reliable, and turns into a tablet. My 2018 HP Envy was accidentally dropped on the corner where the charger is connected. It ran for several months after that, and repair would be a new mother board. A good decision getting a new replacement with 12GB memory and the new and improved Intel Core i7.

This is a great laptop. I've used it for work in many scenarios and for personal home use. It is fast enough to play games, remote log-in to a desktop, and has lots of storage space. My only complaints are not being able to power it on when it is in tablet mode and if you have a lot of ram running it dies in about an hour and a half if not plugged in. Other than that, it has served me well.

I've been using this computer for a few weeks. The speed is good, the battery lasts a long time, the touchscreen is responsive, the keyboard lights up. Because of the 360 degree hinge it can be used like a tablet. So far my only disappointment is there is no start button but instead it is a key located next to the delete key. I finally put a piece of colored tape next to it to make it easier to find.

The HP - ENVY x360 13" laptop I just purchased is an excellent choice for at home and on the go use. It replaced a 7-year old Dell Inspiron laptop. So far (1 month) have been impressed with speed, ease of use, lightweight and ability to quickly pick up and do better what my old laptop was used for. I am not a gamer, but need my laptop to pass-thru work documents for printing and scanning. I would recommend this for a user like myself who needs something for everyday use.

Excellent laptop for business or working from home. Fast touch screen display. Very fast storage, and responsive to what you're doing. The design is very good, with a nice array of ports, including HDMI, 2 USB 3 - Type A ports, a USB - Type C port, Card Reader, and a Headphone Jack. Some other features include Touchscreen, Fingerprint Sensor, and Backlit Keyboard.

Needed to replace my wife's old laptop. This thing is amazingly fast and super light weight compared to her old one. This will be at least the third HP laptop we've owned. I've always had good luck with HP except for one hard drive that failed (fortunately we had good backups). Even then, I'm still using that one after replacing the hard drive and it's still going strong.

This has all of the features one would need to operate for both business and personal applications at a great value. The unit is lighter weight for its size and the specifications relating to speed, upload, storage file capacity is sufficient. The backlight is a plus when operating in various lower lighting conditions. The touch screen is handy. Setup is simple

LOVE the HP ENVY x360. Its the first touch-screen laptop I've owned, don't know why I waited so long. The speed is great and has more storage than I'll ever use, but my wife will try. Thanks to the employee who walked and talk us through several models. He answered all our questions and had several for us to get us to this model. Thanks Best Buy ! ! !

I LOVE this laptop. I waited for 2 years to get a new laptop. I didn’t like my ASUS from the day I bought it. But had it 8 years. I am so glad I got this. It is fast, very light, does what I need. The keyboard is slick. And I love HP service. I spent a little more than I wanted to but I am really happy. Will have this hopefully for a lot of years

I was looking to replace my old HP laptop which was out dated running slow. I love this laptop. It is fast. Was extremely easy to set up when I got it. I did see reviews about the fan and yes it will run loud for only for a bit and then it stops. The price was right. I haven’t used all the features yet. But I will say I love having the finger print security (also has password backup)

Would be 5 stars but fan is loud. Even just turning it on it, like being next to airplane... it is super fast and performs great. Touch screen is awesome. Didn’t think I would like it or use it, but scroll and surfing the web it is great. Only negative is fan, but not insurmountable in getting used to it.

I, for the most part am happy with my purchase. The computer is just the right size, light. Battery seems to last for a while. The only thing that concerns me is when I connect the computer, the part that goes connected into the outlet heats up too much and very quick. It concerns me that it may over heat and get damaged too soon and I just bought this computer about 2 weeks ago.

Excellent computer. Super fast. I love the keyboard on this computer. I only give 4 instead of 5 stars because the touch pad has a minor bump which is a defect which i can feel every time i run my finger over it...and the power connector is a very outdated design, i broke my last HP laptop by pulling on the wire, and was sort of sad that this had the same exact poor design.

Really like this laptop. The screen is huge and the colors vivid. I like the sign in with a fingerprint feature. The Bang & Olufsen speakers work great. Definitely loud enough to not have to have headphones but with headphones you can crank them. The keys are large and have the right amount of resistance. The only downside is it is a large laptop and a bit heavy but definitely worth the tradeoff for the screen and keyboard. Setup was easy, especially if you keep your files, pics, etc. in the cloud. This is a very good purchase. For me, more bang for your buck that going the Macbook route.

I've had this for just under a month now and it has been running amazingly! I'm a counseling major with an arts minor so I do a lot of drawing video editing as well as long papers and heavy research. Currently all my class are online because of the pandemic and it has been running zoom with no issues. I love the mute mic and mute camera option in the keyboard makes my life so much easier. On top of all this I live in a house with 5 cats and 3 dogs so things are bound to happen, but this laptop is so durable ot has with stood 20lbs cats laying on top of it and a full force kick from a 50lb dog. And best part of it all its so light weight! So if you are college student or know a college student or just anyone really looking for a speedy, durable lightweight laptop look no further is it.
