The hp envy laptop i purchased was a great investment for the speed and was very easy to manuever through everything. I did return this item only because there was a laptop that went on sale right after i bought this hp and the only difference was im a gamer and the other laptop had the better graphics card for 4k capabilities

I purchased my HP Envy x360 during the Christmas season of 2016 for $699 and I have to say that it was worth every penny! I originally purchased a Dell Inspiron for $599 during black Friday but decided to return it to purchase my current HP Envy since this laptop contained so many features for a low price! The 7th Generation Intel i7 processor in this laptop is very well optimized with Windows 10 so this laptop is super fast! In addition, this laptop contains 16 GB of RAM which makes this laptop perfect for multi-tasking! Other great features this laptop has is a very thin design, a touch-screen, HD display, a bright backlit keyboard, nice speakers and 2-in-1 capabilities. This laptop has features that are in most premium laptops which cost more than $1000! However, this laptop isn't perfect. One issue with this laptop is the fan. Although it is a very minor issue that really doesn't impact your work at all, the fan can get noisy especially since it's located on the bottom and not much air circulation occurs when the laptop is on your lap. Another issue would be the battery life. I find this issue to be the worst aspect of this laptop. On their website, Best Buy says this laptop can get "10 hours" of battery life. I really wish the battery life was anything close to that! The most you can get at 100% is 4 hours and 30 min. When it comes to browsing, I can get a battery life as low as 3 - 4 hours which is terrible for a laptop. Overall, this laptop is amazing for its price and despite the below average battery life, this laptop is definitely worth the money!
