Pros: I like this computer, easy to carry, very good performance, light weight and reasonable price. Cons: the charger port is very fragile. Perhaps it’s something that Lenovo and other brands including Apple can improve. Why not use and still using MagSafe technology?. It Less traumatic connectivity.

My son called me from college and said his computer stopped working. I went to Best Buy and the clerk recommended this computer. I checked with the Geek Squad and they highly recommended it for a college student. The Geek Squad loaded all the software within 24 hours. My son said that this computer really works hard and he carries it to all his classes. I feel that this was a wise choice.

I was forced to upgrade when my old laptop had windows 7 and geek squad said the machine wouldn’t take a upgrade I liked the look of the HP envy and touch screen. I haven’t used it very much but I will in future. I was able to get a price reduction when I saw it on sale. That was great. Overall great experience with Frank in geek squad very patient and thorough.

It's fast and very easy to use. Very thin. Love the keyboard and touchscreen.

I'm a writer, so I only need a laptop for word-processing. Still, I upgraded to an Intel Core i7 (instead of i5) and I love it. I find this computer really fast. I also think it's pretty cool to be able to flip the screen over to make it into a tablet, although I really haven't utilized this feature. It's early days -- I've had this computer less than a month -- but I am in love!

I love this Laptop, it is fast, can run all my games, has good quality and lots of cool features. The reason for the two stars is because of what has been happening since the day i got it. The fingerprint scanner will sometimes cease to exist according to the computer and so i have to switch all the settings back to the Pin until it starts working agiain. Sometimes it will say it needs to restart and just freeze on the shut down screen for hours. It will display a messge saying there something wrong with the computer usually about once or twice a day, and the only adivce i get from HP is to completely erase my computer and start over from scratch (Which im not in a position to do as i use this constantly every single day). Overall it works amazing but has some problems that really annoy me.

I love this laptop. I have had it for a couple of weeks now and I have been using it for standard home use. It was easy to set up two different profiles for my household and I could add more if I wished. The fingerprint login works well and is convenient for logging in. I would like it if there were more indicator lights. I am a very visual person so not know if the numlock is actually active can be inconvenient when I go to use the 10-key. It was also hard to find the charging light. Typically these are on the front or above the keyboard. This indicator is on the side by the chargeport itself. Overall these are small inconveniences at do not affect the quality of the laptop itself. I enjoy placing this in tablet mode to play games or when lying in bed being able to flip the keyboard out of my way has made using this much more comfortable.

I typically can’t stand 2-in-one computers because the hinges are too unstable for the things I use my laptop for, that is NOT the case for this one! I absolutely love the touch screen and I bought a pen for it that I’ve actually used quite a bit. The hinges are very stable and sturdy all while the laptop itself is super light and portable! Overall have no complaints!

The HP Envy laptop I purchased is the best computer I have ever used. Its light and small but very powerful/fast. The battery lasts for 7-8 hours and can get a full recharge in about 2 hours. The construction of the computer feels very solid including the hinges and touchscreen.

I love this computer. I got it to do digital editing on illustrations with photoshop- it’s so much easier with the touch screen. I love to fold back the keyboard and it automatically switches to tablet mode and I can draw with the stylus... I definitely would recommend this computer!

I love my new laptop. It’s very easy to use and I love the touch screen feature. It was very easy to set up. Did I mention that I am not very tech savvy?! It connects to the internet fast as well. The finger touch to unlock is a nice feature. It’s light weight which makes portability easy. I bet you’ll love yours as well as I love hime.

When I went computer shopping, I had no idea what I was looking for but then one of the workers from Best Buy help me pick out this computer it's great it folds and bends. The graphics are really clear the touch screen is very easy to use. The battery life could be a little longer but overall I would say it is a great computer.

This is definitely a reliable option for college students, it has a very good battery life and a plethora of tools at your disposal. But it isn't the most powerful, but it definitely get the job done.

I have been using the HP Envy for over a month now and have had no issues. I by no means are a computer geek (no pun intended) and setting up the computer was fairly straight forward. It seems to be relatively fast computer as expected . It is a very quiet machine and does not seem to get warm like my previous computer did.
