I bought this laptop for my wife. This computer has plenty of memory (8gig) to do the picture editing my wife wanted to do. The fast boot time, under 10 seconds, is a plus. The only thing that could bet better is the number of USB ports - 2 USB 3.0 and 1 USB 3.1 type c. She has been using the laptop for 3 weeks.

Love this computer. I bought all my kids the iPads they are use to working with them. I’m not. This computer fits me perfectly!!!!!! Thank you again to the person that sold it to me!!!!!!

I’m setting up computer now. A little hard to follow instructions to download everything. I wish as a free service, Best Buy would spend some time helping you set it up

The laptop was purchased for my daughter who has been making great use of it. She has expressed her satisfaction with it so far. She seems to enjoy the touch screen feature.

I love the HP-Envy Touch Screen Laptop. It has power and a great sleek design. It is very lightweight so it quite portable. My experience at Best Buy was really good and streamlined.

This computer is light enough to be carried around all day but heavy enough to feel sturdy. It's battery life is enough for almost 8 hours of continuous use. The keyboard is nice and backlit. You can also run light games on it, such as Minecraft, but this does take a toll on the battery. Overall, a great computer for someone who wants to do a little more than surf the internet.

I actually have 3 in college right now (2 young adults and their mother) and I bought 2 of these in Aug to replace a couple of the older laptops they have. They all love these. I like the Best Buy student discount, because I think students should have good equipment I wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford, but I can’t surprise anyone because I have to have my kids (their mother got one of the ones I bought in Aug but I think my oldest daughter claims it as hers, so who knows who will get the one I am planning on buying for next semester) register in order for me to use the discount to buy another one.

Having had XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8, Now Windows 10, I like what HP and Windows have done with the new Laptops. This one is Fast, and the Core i7 really does what I need it to do.

Love the computer and its functions. I love how it can be a regular lap top and folded over to be used like a tablet with a touchscreen.

Big improvement from my work HP. Does everything I need. I like that it has a keypad and fingerprint scanner to lock it. So far it's fast, video is good and the battery lasts.

This has been a great laptop so far to have at home. I have had no problems with speed considering I am a person that has several tabs and things going at once.

This computer is very fast and perfect for use in my truck I can access everything I need with hotspot wifi. Excellent purchase, id purchase again and recommend it to anyone.

This computer boots up in under 30 seconds and and has enough resoures to do anything from word processing to video editing. The battery lasts all day and charges fast.

Just replaced a 6 year old desktop with the HP Envy, fast, efficient, and perfect for light travel and work needs. My wife bought this model last year and loves it.

Not only is this computer fast, but it handles all of my graphic programs very well. Screen is very clear no matter what angle I have it. Works great as a tablet also.

Know why you want a laptop We got a bigger one because we likely won't travel with it much Very fast.. let's see how it goes in a couple of weeks/months
