    battery life is very bad, the battery drains like it’s never been charged before while doing nothing more than opening a chrome tab

    Windows 11 is a bit different than 10 but once walked through is pretty good. Geek Squad set it up with all my old data, photos, etc. Only complaint was it took a week, but turned out great even though my old hard drive didn't cooperate.

    This HP computers built very solid. Disappointments are keyboard's hard to see and doesn't have a battery management system so the battery probably won't last very long.

    My previous HP laptop is 14 years old so timw for a new one. Wemt this this hp and love it runs ally 3d primt software with no issues. Backlight keyboard is great. Not heavy for a larger screen

    I'd give this laptop a "just ok" review. I've gotten a blue screen a couple times, but luckily those have been resolved with just a restart. The power also drains very quickly, and my power supply just died after less than a year. I like the screen, and that it's a 2-1 reversable. The sound on this laptop is very quiet, so it's nearly impossible to watch tv or movies without an external speaker.
