  • Pretty scratched, a week late, very hard to set up

    I have job deadlines. The website said that I could have it sent to my home faster than I could pick it up. It came a full week later than I was told when buying the laptop. When I finally received the laptop, I was disappointed in how scratched and dirty the laptop was. One of the rubber feet on it fell off right away. Tried to start it up and went to “safe mode”. I had to wait an additional week to received a flash drive with terrible instructions. Took it BACK into Best Buy, although I live FOURTY miles out of town and they fixed it. Still not overly excited at all about this purchase.

    It was incompatible for the new Windows upgrade and when we called in for advice they said it would be $100 and to bring it in to the store. That was not convienient.

    I was wanting my son to get a laptop to play his games on but after two days of use the charging did not work

    Purchased this laptop as a gift for middle school age child looking to upgrade from old Dell Laptop. Uses computer for gaming and school work. Was hesitant at first to buy refurbished but this was a good purchase for her needs. If you are looking to save some money and still get a decent product this fits the bill! Laptop is sleek and lightweight which is good for younger child and portability.

    very good, every once in a while it freezes and needs to restart, sometimes it logs me out of my email for no reason, but over all, very good
