    Came with scratches and scuff marks on the screen where it rubs on the keyboard while closed. Speakers are awful. Operating system barely supports any play store apps. Nightmare to print from. Wish I’d never bought it.

    The chromebook was a no for me and even my daughter. I returned and brought a regular laptop for a couple more bucks. They have an app store when after download an app. It will bring you to the internet. I feel it's useless and just get a regular laptop. Too much restrictions on it.

    I got two of these for my kids home learning. They were used and one had a very small scratch on the screen but the other was in great shape. Makes this home learning much easier for the kids worth the money.

    Got this for my son to do online school. Works get for the online part. I wouldn't recommend if you want to add apps or do anything not online.

    A little hard to navigate because it doesn’t function like a regular laptop. Best Buy also said it was fully functioning but it will not charge past 1%. I can only use it if it’s plugged into an electrical outlet.
