    When I received this refurbished laptop, it was then I realized I don't have to buy brand new, it was as perfect as can be it was practically new in my eye and I saved some money on it

    This was a reconditioned unit I bought online. Nothing wrong with this unit, unless you need sound. Internal speakers never worked, nor headphones, or speakers. Took it in to local Best Buy for Geek Squad confirmation that it is a hardware issue. I know I can mail it back, but I have to believe that the original problem with it was the speakers, and it was resold without the problem being fixed.

    Letters on keyboard did not work, I returned it and puchased a new laptop. Per recommendation of the geek squad. Geek squad very helpful

    They did a great job refurbishing the computer. It does a great job for a college student every-day tasks. But it is also great at streaming video on youtube, netflix and/or hulu.
