Stopped working within two weeks

Just What You Are Looking For

Great Laptop

Most Frustrating Purchase Ever!

Shipped quickly and received it sooner than expected. Tried to set it up and the mouse pad/touch pad did not work. I figured it was disabled and I would be able to enable it after the machine was up and running. No such luck. I could not find a shortcut key to turn it on. Searched online and could not find any help there. Contacted Geek Squad because it was a Geek Squad Certified refurbished computer. I chatted with Jonathan online and he couldn't even try to help because I didn't have a tech plan. Called the 800 number on the card in the box and talked to Rachel. She at least tried to help but couldn't. Husband drove to the nearest store (70 miles away) and Stephen tried to fix it, said a driver had not been loaded. Apparently that wasn't the problem as the next call I got said they couldn't fix it. Stephen and the manager worked with my husband and exchanged for a new HP laptop for just a little more money. I will never purchase a refurbished computer from Best Buy again.
