This looks perfect and new. Works great east to set up and came with a Geek Squad warranty for a year. What a great buy. It's built study and compact just what I was looking for with touch capability. It has Beats Audio a bonus and the 360 hinge!

Before buying this laptop I asked the associate what "refurbished" meant and he said that it just meant that there was a problem with that particular laptop, kind of like a recall on a vehicle, and that it had been fixed and was like brand new. Within a month I had to take it back because it kept freezing. I ended up returning it and buying a new one. I will never again buy refurbished.

Got this for my daughter for her school assignments and projects. She really love this HP touch screen laptop.

Problem with refurbished Geek Squad items but for some reason my last purchase the laptop after 40 days went bad kept randomly shutting down took it in they replaced the battery and it still didn't work thankfully Best Buy was nice enough to exchange for a different laptop but I had to pay a $75 difference which I felt was an inconvenience due to the fact that I'm a college student had to lose a lot of my data in the laptop I purchased plus I had to wait 2 weeks to get the laptop back to find out it wasn't fixed too then pay $75 for a different laptop on top of driving back and forth there each time. It was quite the headache. All and all think twice before you buy an open box laptop.

Great computer for musician, small and compact, and easy to take with guitar bag etc. Great to use for tab search, skype, and rocksmith.

great 2 n1laptop, can also be used a tablet, havent encountered any issues, cool for egular use such as school,work photos

This machine doesn't have as much horsepower as the I7 HP I recently purchased. It does have tech support that I have not seen with others. If you need help with you Toshiba laptop and call the help desk they tell you they support hardware AND the software that is on it when you purchased it. That alone warrants buying a Toshiba.

Perfect for the price. Its not one of those tablet kind with no hard drive. It handles our needs

Nice unit for a beginner just the right size no to complicated ez to operate

My Ex's old computer died, so we went down and looked around. This one had the right specs for the right price. She love it and no leaves me alone ;-)

I went threw about 5 other laptops before I finally got this one, which is awesome. It's 11.6", but doesn't feel it, others felt to small when tablet mode, while others felt to big. But as in the story "this one was just right "

Small and light weight. My favorite feature is the 360 flexibility and it's tablet mode. Also great beats audio speakers

After I took the computer out of the box and I tried to charge it, I realized that it wasn't going to be s good experience, it had a faulty connection, I took over 24 hrs to charge 60% fortunately I took it back to Best buy and they refunded me my money. And bought a new laptop at Best buy, a little more expensive but it works fine so far.

the laptop is not very functional. it gets the job done but not very well.

This is the first time that I bought a refurbished item. It was bought as a gift for my son and he has indicated that it's a 'great' laptop. He and his wifre are very pleased.

Like product, I was not comfortable because I brought refurbished item.
